You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Begin your letter as follows:

Dear sir,

My name is Mrs jane obi, One of the tenant occupying a flat at Mable estate.

Please sir i have some challenges in my flat, such as water linkage, coming out from my kitchen wall also from the top roof. Have been managing it for some period of time, but the issue is making me not comfortable in my flat.

I will be grateful if you can fix it up, calling the plumber to find out where the water is coming out from and fix it immediately.

Also, you can come and confirm the issues when you are free to see the extend the water is coming out, so that when you call the workers they can know what to work upon.

I will be Grateful if you consider my humble request, while i wait for the maintenance to be done .

So let me know when you are coming for the flat inspection.
