You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Manager,

I hope this email finds you well. Currently I live in apartment number 401 in your building. From last 2 days I am having a leaking problem in the bathroom and kitchen and due to this problem me and my family is struggling to perform the daily activities.

I would like you to take a strict action towards this, according to me, please cal the plumber so that he can come and evaluate the problem and also fix it appropriately.

I would also suggest, due to leakage, the electrical board might also have been effected it would be great if you can call electrician to check if everything is good with electrical boards in the kitchen.

I would recommend you to visit my apartment and see the damages that have been occurred. This way you can find the best possible solution to fix the problem.
