You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

Dear Manager,

I am a responsible resident of our Sky Touch Building. I am writing this letter to express my disappointment with regards of the elevators in the buildings.

The elevators in the apartment are not working and they are under maintenance for such a long time making our lives more laborious. I live at fifth floor and it is very difficult for my mom to use stairs all the time as she is experiencing a lot of knee pain after a Knee replacement surgery.

I would suggest that if you could arrange a manual elevator for the aged group in the building so they will not face this difficulty to climb the stairs.

I would like you to come and overlook the issue and search a possible outcome to help us out. We have been suffering with this problem since a a long time .

I hope you take my fact in consideration as soon as possible.
