You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing this letter to inform you about an issue in my apartment.

Although its been two years I am living in this apartment, everything in my apartment is brand new and working well, air conditioner here is giving me trouble almost everyday from last few months. It does not cool down the inside temperature anymore.

I have tried to fix it various times as you now I am a handyman but everytime I became unsuccessful. If you can send a professional electrician, he can fix it eaisly because I think this issue is not a basic problem.

It would be really great if you could visit and check the problem by yourself. Then it will be easy for you to explain the situation to the electrician. So that he can give exact estimate about this issue.
