To the bulding manager of our apartment in my apartment their is a very major problem of water leakage from my apartment roof i am facing this problem since very long time and in rainy days it becomes worse than the usuals i think the apartment manager should visit to my apartment and see this problem i am facing the apartment manager should hire a good plumber or a people who can solve this problem as soon as it can be possible i am paying very high rent for you apartment but your faclities are not good as compare to your apartment but i can manage the other problem but this one can ruined my expensive floor mates and my old historic books which are very close to my heart so i request you to please solve this problem so

There are also noticeable lexical errors and awkward collocations, such as "floor mates" (likely meaning floor mats or flooring) and "historic books" (likely meaning historical or old personal books). The range of vocabulary is limited and minimally adequate for conveying the basic message, but the frequent inaccuracies and lack of precision in word choice pull the score down to Band 4.5.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
