You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

You do NOT need to write any addresses.

Dear Mr. Paul,

I am writing this letter to raise the ongoing issue in my apartment that needs urgent repair. As you may know ,I live in apartment no.5 and this is 1 bedroom apartment . So from last 2 days there is some leakage going on in my washroom from the ceiling . I noticed that , it starts in the morning between 7:00 am to 10:00am.

I think this might be because of the above apartment no. 10. It is right above my apartment so there is something leaking in that unit . I will be thankful if you can visit the apartment and can see what is the issue. Moreover, the ceiling of my washroom started getting mold . It also needs to be replaced.

I will be home for the next 2 days because of the weekends. Please drop me text 30 minutes before you plan to visit .
