You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

Dear Manager,

This letter is written to address the problem I have been facing recently in my apartment, there is a water leakage in the apartment that is above me and because of that the water is dripping all over my bedroom. I have spoken about this to the concerned person living in the above apartment but have not recieved any acknowledgement from them and the problem is not solved.

We need to arrange a meeting over this and solve this very soon. We can talk to the concerned person and immediately ask for the repair of the leakage or if the fine will be charged. We need to implement a rule for this type of behaviour of the residents as for the future needs.

I kindly request you to visit my apartment in order to get a better understanding of the problem .
