You have a problem in your apartment that needs repairs.

Write a letter to the building manager. In your letter
• describe the problem.
• say what you think should be done about it.
• ask the building manager to visit your apartment to see the problem.

Dear Mr. Singh

I hope you are doing well. Iam wrting this letter to inform you about the problem in our department which requires urgent repair.

Actually, the heating system in my bedroom has stopped working, the room get extremely cold, especially at night. Due to this problem, is facing some health issues like fever, cold and so many. I have also chechked the tempter system and restart it, but it is not working.

I think you should send a qualified technician for repaired or replaced it.
