Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0

You address the main points: you describe noise from the neighbours’ children, suggest speaking with their parents or offering another apartment, and ask the manager to visit around 11 p.m. However, the request to visit is not fully clear because “at 3rd floor close to 11 PM in our apartment” does not specify the apartment number or give a precise arrangement. The proposed alternative apartment is relevant, but the letter could explain whether this is a preferred solution or a backup. The response is 139 words, so it does not meet the 150-word minimum. Add a little detail about when the noise occurs, how it affects you, and what you hope the manager will do after visiting.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5

The letter follows a generally logical order: it introduces the problem, explains its effect, proposes solutions, and then asks for a visit. Linking words such as “Therefore” and “To solve this issue” help show the relationship between ideas, and the closing is appropriate. This gives the message a coherent overall arrangement. To make the progression more polished, separate the problem, proposed action, and visit request into clearer paragraphs. Some connections are awkward or unclear, particularly “if its possible vist at 3rd floor close to 11 PM in our apartment,” where the reader has to infer the intended arrangement. Use clearer transitions and refer consistently to the manager, neighbours, and apartment.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use enough vocabulary to communicate the central issue, including “make noise,” “disturbing my sleep,” and “talk with their parents.” However, the range is limited and several choices or spelling errors make the letter less natural: “getting issue,” “sleep schedule,” “head ache,” and “solve this concern.” “Appartment,” “appriciate,” and “usally” are also misspelled. These errors do not prevent the reader from understanding the main message, but they reduce precision and control. Aim for more natural collocations and accurate spelling, such as describing the noise as “disrupting my sleep” and asking the manager to “address the issue.” Vary repeated general words such as “issue” and “concern” with more specific terms.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5

The letter includes both simple statements and attempts at longer sentences, for example, “Therefore, they are disturbing my sleep schedule and become a cause of head ache.” The main meaning is usually understandable, but some grammatical errors remain. In “I want you talk,” the verb pattern should be “I want you to talk”; “their are two kids” needs “there are”; and “if its possible vist” needs a correctly formed clause and verb. There are also issues with articles, sentence boundaries, and capitalization, as in “i” and the comma spacing in “you , if.” Use complete, carefully punctuated sentences and check verb forms and agreement. More accurate control of these patterns would make the request easier to follow.
