I am writing this letter to inform you about the refurbishment needed at my apartment.

Therefore, all these problem must be fixied in this month. As before renting an apartment you told me that you will check an apartment after every six month, but nothing is done here. If you have any concerns you can visist my floor at any time. For further inquries you can also make a call to me any time.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
You address all three requested points: you describe several repairs, state that they should be completed this month, and invite the manager to visit. The examples of the unclear bathroom mirror and faulty kitchen fan make the problem concrete, while the explanation of how the mirror affects getting ready for work adds relevant support. The request for a visit is present, but “at any time” is rather open-ended, and the proposed repairs could be stated more specifically—for example, asking for the walls to be repainted and the fan inspected. The reference to promised six-month checks also helps explain your concern. Overall, the purpose is clear, though some points are more fully developed than others.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The letter has a clear overall sequence: it introduces the reason for writing, lists the problems, explains their impact, and closes with an invitation to visit. “Firstly,” “Secondly,” and “Therefore” help signal the progression, and the paragraphs separate the main stages of the message. Some linking is mechanical, however, and the list structure does not always lead smoothly into the explanation of the mirror problem. The sentence beginning “As before renting an apartment” is difficult to follow, so the connection between the earlier inspection promise and the current request is not fully clear. Use more natural transitions and make references explicit—for example, specify that the manager should inspect your apartment and suggest a suitable time.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use enough vocabulary to communicate the repair issues, including “repainted,” “washroom,” “mirror,” and “fan,” and you attempt more formal expressions such as “inform you” and “further inquiries.” However, several spelling errors—“Firslty,” “blury,” “Aprat,” “fixied,” and “visist”—are noticeable, and some word choices or collocations are unnatural. “Refurbishment” is broader than the specific repairs you describe, while “dot or blury images” is unclear. “All these problem” also shows an inaccurate word form, which affects lexical control. Aim for precise, natural phrases such as “maintenance work,” “the mirror is scratched,” and “the extractor fan is malfunctioning.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause with “owing to” and a time clause beginning “whenever.” The main message remains understandable, but some grammatical errors recur. For example, “I am a resident of your apartment for the last 2 years” needs a present perfect form, and “all these problem must be fixied” has errors in number and passive verb form. In “It create a problem it my date to day life,” subject–verb agreement and sentence construction are faulty; “you will check an apartment” also needs clearer article use. Work on accurate tense choice, agreement, and passive constructions, then proofread sentence boundaries and punctuation.
