Student answer (Band 4.5)
in the early morning, some people belive that pre schooling is the best for their child for the 3 years old child but some thick that is a too risky for their childern bcz pre schooling is not good becase they are useless to go for there and have no knowledge to survive.
in my opinion, pre schooling is essential for childern because they know how to check and balance their selves and how to sit how to take care. when childerns go schools and spent time ith their friends they were have and take knowlege they share thier food etc. althought we know at the young age a child apat habits when he see others. if a teacher in pre school she react in a good way then a child see and react in a amazing way that is essential point fo pre schooling.
on the other hand when ever we see the nagetive enoverinment we thing that pre schooling is not good for our 3 to 4 year childwern. the reason is that parents are more concious about their childerns nut they dont know the advantages of pre schooling. as we see the postive side of the pre schooling we think that is good but when we see disadvantages we think that is not good.
in the conclusion we should understand the both side of the pre schooling because at the end every child will go to school one day however why we dont sent them for pre schooling

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The student attempts to address the prompt by discussing both the advantages and disadvantages of preschool for young children. A position is presented, stating that preschool is essential for social development and learning habits. However, the ideas are underdeveloped and lack sufficient supporting examples. Expressions such as 'they know how to check and balance their selves' and 'they share thier food' remain generalized and simplistic. While the prompt is partially answered, the reasoning is somewhat repetitive, focusing broadly on positive and negative environments without deep elaboration. This performance aligns with Band 5, where the task is addressed, but ideas remain limited and under-developed.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The text is divided into four paragraphs, showing an attempt at a logical structure with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion. However, overall progression is limited and the flow is frequently disrupted by poor sentence construction and inadequate cohesive devices. Phrases like 'in the early morning' at the start of the essay are inappropriate for the topic, and transitions between ideas are abrupt or mechanical, such as 'on the other hand when ever we see the nagetive enoverinment'. Paragraphing is present, but internal cohesion is weak. This corresponds to Band 4.5, rounded to 5.0 due to the clear presence of paragraphing and basic organizational structure.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.0
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, with frequent spelling and word-choice errors that occasionally strain the reader. Examples include 'belive' for believe, 'thick' for think, 'bcz' for because, 'childern' for children, 'apat' for adopt, 'concious' for conscious, and 'enoverinment' for environment. While the student attempts some topic-related vocabulary like 'pre schooling', 'knowledge', and 'advantages', the control over lexical items is limited. There is little evidence of less common lexical items used accurately. This fits the Band 4 descriptor well, as the vocabulary is basic, repetitive, and contains frequent errors that affect readability.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.0
The writing exhibits a very limited range of grammatical structures. Most sentences are simple or poorly constructed attempts at complex sentences, such as 'when childerns go schools and spent time ith their friends they were have and take knowlege they share thier food etc.' There are persistent, highly frequent errors in basic grammar, subject-verb agreement, verb tenses, and punctuation. Run-on sentences without proper punctuation are common, particularly in the second and final paragraphs. These errors frequently impede communication and cause difficulty for the reader. This performance closely matches the Band 4 descriptor for Grammatical Range and Accuracy.
