Student answer (Band 5.5)
Schools are the building blocks of our childrens future. Moreover, few parents send their little ones to preinstitution when they are few years old. However other progenitors believe to paeticipate in primary school when they old enough. In my believe there are many advantages of this but are a lot of disadvantages that cannot be neglected.
To commence with, when children join pre schools at small age they learn many new things as compare to childrens who start late, such as manners how to sit in classrooms and respect others that will help them to sharpen their personality at small age. secondly, youngsters also learn writing, reading and basic languages that will help them to sharpen their brain . As a result, it improve their studies and also help them to learn new things easily. For example, recently study taken by university of chicago shows offsprings that start studies in earlier age are really very good in studies.
On the other hand, there are also many disadvantages of this, one of the major disadvantage is cildren may feel discomfort because they are very small in age to start pre school. In result, they feel stressed, that will affect them in future bacause in small age childrens need support of their family to learn new things. For example, learners traumatized when they do not get enough support by their family that affect them in future , researched by Dr Gautam. Lastly, preschools are very expensive. It is very hard for families to arrange private daycare for their little ones. In addition, childrens do not have enough time to spend with their family.
To conclude, by joining primary school in small age childrens learn basic manners how to sit in class but, there are also disadvantages of this such as, they feel stressed by burden of learning in small age that can not be neglected.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both sides of the question and give a clear overall view that preschool has benefits but also disadvantages. The advantages paragraph identifies early learning, manners and social behaviour, while the disadvantages include stress, cost and less family time. These are relevant points, and the examples about research and family support show an attempt to explain them. However, several ideas remain general or are not fully connected to preschool specifically; for instance, the claim that early starters do better academically is supported only by a brief reference to a study. The conclusion also repeats the main points rather than drawing them together. Develop each point with a clearer explanation or a specific, credible example to make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. This makes the overall arrangement easy to follow, and signposts such as “To commence with,” “On the other hand,” and “To conclude” help show the direction of the discussion. However, linking is sometimes mechanical, with repeated use of “also,” “that will,” and “In addition.” Some connections between ideas are unclear, such as the move from children feeling stressed to needing family support, and the conclusion’s reference to joining primary school rather than preschool. Use pronouns and linking phrases more precisely, and organise each body paragraph around a clear main point followed by its explanation and example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to education and child development, including “manners,” “personality,” “stressed,” and “private daycare.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which can make the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “preinstitution,” “progenitors,” “participate in primary school,” and “sharpen their brain”; these do not sound natural in this context. Spelling errors such as “paeticipate,” “cildren,” and “bacause” also reduce accuracy. Aim for clear, natural expressions rather than unusually formal synonyms, and check spelling. More precise terms such as “preschool,” “parents,” “enrol,” and “develop cognitive skills” would make your points easier to understand.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentences, including clauses with “when,” “because,” and “that,” so there is some variety. However, errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles and punctuation occur frequently and sometimes make the intended meaning harder to understand. For example, “when they old enough” needs a verb, and “it improve their studies” has incorrect subject–verb agreement. The opening sentence “In my believe there are many advantages of this but are a lot of disadvantages” also lacks a clear grammatical structure. Practise building accurate sentences first, especially with subject–verb agreement and complete clauses, then add subordinate clauses. Careful proofreading for commas and sentence boundaries would also improve clarity.
