Student answer (Band 5.0)

some parents send your children to school in age of three to four year old. But some parents have not allowed to their children for this age. They have wait when their kids have young then they send them in primary school. Parents also learn your children at home and kids also interested.

Actually, Some people wants their kids gain more knowledge about everythings. They decide to go their childs to school. They admit your child in class playgroup and class nursery. Teacher teach them any other things and do easy activities. So children also intrested in this. Some parents also decide about it because their kids alot of time waste on mobile phone and play games. Then they have want their children go to school.

On other hand, Some people mostly in rural area wants that when their child shoul be young then they decide send school. It is common in village life however many parents do not want your children send for educate. So their life is very difficult.they can't find good job in their life becuase they have not learn different knowledge, skills, so they pass life in poverty. Good job depend on maximum education. In this area parents don't allow to girls especially.

in the conclude, My opinion is that This thought is very good those parents have wishes their child go school in little age. i also agree this because when kids go school in small age then their mental health is also good and memorisation is better. They also understand everything easily. They learn more knowledge and they also complete your education in low age.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both sides of the topic and give a clear preference for early preschool in the conclusion. Relevant points include learning through activities, reducing time spent on phones, and possible educational and employment benefits. However, the discussion is only partly developed: the advantages are listed rather than explained with specific examples, while the disadvantages of preschool at a young age are not clearly explored. The paragraph about rural parents and girls shifts towards the consequences of limited education, rather than examining drawbacks of starting preschool early. To strengthen the response, explain a genuine disadvantage, such as separation from family or the cost of preschool, and support each main point with a relevant example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

The response has an introduction, separate body paragraphs and a conclusion, and phrases such as “On other hand” signal a contrast. This gives the reader some sense of organisation. However, progression between ideas is not consistently clear: the second body paragraph moves from rural parents’ choices to poverty, jobs and girls’ education without showing how these points relate to the disadvantages of preschool. Linking phrases are also limited or awkward, and references such as “they” and “this” do not always make the intended meaning clear. Organise the body around one advantage and one disadvantage, and use clear topic sentences followed by explanation and an example. This would make the overall argument easier to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “playgroup,” “nursery,” “activities,” “skills” and “poverty,” so the reader can understand the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making ideas difficult to interpret. For example, “admit your child in class playgroup” and “pass life in poverty” are not natural expressions; “memorisation” is also less suitable than a phrase such as “memory skills” in this context. Spelling errors such as “intrested” and “becuase” further reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural education-related phrases and check spelling and word forms when editing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt both simple sentences and longer structures, including a contrast beginning “But some parents…” and a reason introduced by “because.” However, sentence patterns are limited, and errors in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction occur frequently enough to make some points hard to follow. Examples include “Some people wants,” “Teacher teach them,” and “They have wait”; these need forms such as “Some people want,” “Teachers teach them,” and “They wait.” Pronouns and possessives are also inconsistent, as in “Parents also learn your children.” Work first on accurate subject–verb agreement and complete sentence patterns, then practise combining ideas with correctly formed clauses. Check capitalisation and punctuation, especially after full stops.
