Student answer (Band 5.0)
Education is a basic right of everyone in this world. Some guardians take their youngsters to preschool at the age of three or four years while other caretakers wait untill their kids are mature enough for primary school education before they got admitted to their schools. There are two sides of this statement. Although children would not resist to go to school if they get admission in preschool , and learn things fast while mature children would be more resistent and involved in other activities,so lose interest in education.
On one hand many people believed that youngsters who are three or four years old should go to school because it would become their habit , and they would not resist to go to school when they become mature.Although mature children pick the things fast, preschooling allows them to learn about sociallisation and basic ethics. For example , there are many preschool in Pakistan who offers for early child education to teach kids ethics of life as well as basic knowledge to spend their lives.
On other hand , it is widely believed that if children went to school when they are mature enough, they would trapped in bad activities more promptly. Also, they would resist to go to their school, that would be more painful for their parents. For instance , In many countries of Africa children did not go to preschools and as a result their kids involved in crimes.
In conclusion , there are advantages as well as disadvantages of sending children to preschools.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You discuss both early preschool and waiting until primary school, and you give reasons such as developing social skills and the possibility of children resisting school later. However, the task is only partially addressed because the advantages and disadvantages are not clearly balanced or fully explained. The claim that older children may become involved in “bad activities” and the example about African countries and crime are broad and unsupported, so they do not convincingly show the disadvantage of delaying school. Your opening also suggests that children learn quickly, but this point is not developed with a clear example. Explain each side more carefully and make the relationship between your examples and your argument explicit; a clear concluding view would also strengthen the response.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs introduced by “On one hand” and “On other hand,” and a conclusion. This helps readers identify the two sides of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear, and some linking is mechanical or confusing. For example, the first paragraph uses “Although” in a way that does not clearly connect the ideas, while “Also” introduces a claim without showing how it follows from the previous point. The conclusion merely repeats that there are advantages and disadvantages rather than bringing the discussion together. Use clearer topic sentences, connect each reason to its explanation or example, and make references such as “they” unambiguous.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary, including “preschool,” “basic ethics,” “socialisation,” and “resist,” and the reader can generally understand the topic. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or awkward, which sometimes makes the meaning less clear. For example, “mature children” is not a precise way to describe children who start school later, and “trapped in bad activities” does not express the intended idea naturally. There are also spelling errors such as “untill,” “resistent,” and “sociallisation.” Aim for more precise terms and check spelling carefully; using accurate phrases such as “adjust to school” and “develop social skills” would make your points clearer.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a concession with “Although” and clauses beginning with “because” and “if.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “if children went to school when they are mature enough, they would trapped” mixes verb forms and omits “be”; “many preschool … offers” has a subject–verb agreement problem; and “they would not resist to go” uses an incorrect verb pattern. Punctuation and spacing around commas are also inconsistent. Practise accurate conditional forms, agreement, and verb patterns, then proofread each sentence to ensure its clauses connect grammatically.
