There has been heird that alot of manufactured food and drink products contain high leve of sugar , that causes so many health problems .i strongly agree that sugary products should be band of made more expensive to encourage people to consume less sugar.

sugary products causes a lot of problems to the public specialy health issues a lot of people have diabetes because of using sugary products .

diabetes is not only one health problem people are facing their are alot more e.g mouth cancer ,alot of fat people gaing weight farther more sugary drinks are not sufficient for kids . For example in india almost 50% of people are facing serious health problems because of drinking alot sugary products kids who are eating more sugary food are less active then others. government should take action and need to ban or made more expensive product so that more people can be save specialy kid the future of country.

I certainly agree to the suggestion of making sugary food and product more expensive so that public consume less sugar because this causes seriouse health issues ofcouse sugar is an esssential part of our life but we need to control and try to use less sugar .there are alot of other countires who consume less sugar and thier people are much healther then others yes i'm talking about china . In china peolpe use less sugary product in fact they prefer natural food and drinks our fake ones thats way the people in china has almost no diabetes or other sugar related health issues.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear position in favor of increasing the price of sugary products. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention health issues like diabetes and obesity, the arguments are repetitive and lack depth. The example regarding India is vague and lacks specific context, and the comparison with China is an overgeneralization. To improve, you should focus on providing more structured, logical arguments that explain the 'why' and 'how' behind your position, rather than listing health problems. Ensure that your supporting examples are more precise and directly linked to the economic intervention proposed in the prompt.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is organized into paragraphs, but the logical flow is weak. Transitions between ideas are often missing or repetitive, such as the frequent use of 'alot of'. The connection between the introduction, the body paragraphs, and the conclusion is disjointed. Cohesive devices are used in a very basic and sometimes mechanical way. To reach a higher band, you need to use a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'in contrast') to guide the reader through your argument more smoothly. Paragraphing is present, but the internal structure of the paragraphs lacks a clear topic sentence and supporting evidence.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and repetitive, relying heavily on basic terms like 'alot', 'sugary products', and 'health problems'. There are frequent spelling errors such as 'heird', 'leve', 'band' (instead of banned), 'specialy', 'gaing', 'seriouse', and 'ofcouse'. These errors occasionally make the text difficult to follow. To improve, you should aim to use a broader range of vocabulary related to health, economics, and government policy. Avoid informal phrasing and focus on learning the correct spelling and collocations of more academic terms to demonstrate a higher level of lexical control.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement ('sugary products causes'), incorrect verb forms ('made more expensive' instead of 'making them more expensive'), and run-on sentences with poor punctuation. The range of sentence structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences. To improve, you must focus on basic sentence construction, including correct capitalization, punctuation, and the use of articles. Practicing complex sentence structures, such as using relative clauses or conditional sentences, will help you demonstrate a wider grammatical range.
