Student answer (Band 5.0)

Nowadays, The new modernisation world becomes more independent and open minded. People thought if they have to do different kind of things and works they looked cool and modern. Raising animals also a one of the most obvious issue in the world.Humans consume the animals as a meal they eat meat and thought the becomes more healthier.

First of the all, if we talking about these thing so it is not the good thought that if humans eat the animals as food because nobody gives any rights to those people who kill the animals and make that for food and their meals. In the acent world people had no sources for food that's why they had eaten the animals as their meals. They didn't know about how to grew crops and fruits vegetable and because of this they had eaten animals and

Consumed them to as a food.

But after that when all the things are changed people knew about the crops and things they have to change their food and edible things.

They knew about the fire and how to cook food. So they changed their styles.

But after that some peoples are ate animals also and they have divided into different categories like vegan, vegetarian and non vegetarian.

And these is also included in today's life .

But i am disagree with it that consuming meat is totally wrong or it's included into cruelity however it is

Only thought are making by the people that it is cruel and sin.

Some of the type of disease cure by the taking and eat because of meat.

So if this is some cases of wrong than some cases of right.

Moreover it is not said to about it that consume animals in their food it is cruel. But those people have many other sources so they have to be try to avoid these things.

In conclusion, if people have no sources so they have to consume but try if we save the animals and try to not raising them so it will be good for us and the world.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by discussing the ethics of meat consumption and providing a personal stance. However, the development of ideas is inconsistent. While you attempt to argue both sides, the reasoning is often repetitive and lacks depth. For instance, the historical argument regarding early humans is somewhat tangential and does not directly support your position on modern cruelty. The conclusion is also quite vague, failing to clearly summarise your main arguments. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-supported point that directly relates to the prompt's core question about whether meat consumption is inherently cruel.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical progression between ideas is frequently interrupted by awkward phrasing and unclear transitions. While you use some linking words like 'First of the all' and 'Moreover', they are often used incorrectly or do not effectively connect the sentences. The referencing is sometimes confusing, such as the phrase 'these is also included in today's life', which lacks a clear antecedent. To improve, focus on using cohesive devices more naturally and ensure that each sentence flows logically from the previous one to create a more unified argument.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive, which restricts your ability to express complex ideas clearly. There are several instances of word-choice errors and non-standard collocations, such as 'new modernisation world', 'acent world', and 'cruelity'. You rely on basic vocabulary, and there is little evidence of an attempt to use less common or more precise lexical items. To reach a higher band, you should work on expanding your vocabulary related to ethics, diet, and societal trends, and pay closer attention to correct word forms and spelling.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede the reader's understanding. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'some peoples are ate animals'), article usage, and tense consistency (e.g., 'they had eaten the animals'). Sentence structures are mostly simple, and attempts at complex sentences are often marred by errors in syntax and punctuation. For example, 'Some of the type of disease cure by the taking and eat because of meat' is structurally unclear. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors would significantly improve your score.
