Student answer (Band 5.0)
As the consumption is increasing, non vegetarian food has been popular in these days.Europeans have raised the demand in their meals.According to my prespective, for human beings all non vegetarian food should be banned. It is the most selfish act done by humans to fulfill their greed and starve.
The foremost point is that animals are also the part of this biodiversity. These gifts are provided by nature. They are also living creatures which are helpful to provide milk and wool to all of us.It is the most shameful act by humans to take as a meal. For instance, mostly Europeans like to eat sea food and beef in their diet.It is the cruel practice all animals are also free live their lives. Therefore no one has the right to kill them.
On the other hand, animals are the most beautiful part of the nature. When a person gets boredom in life, animals sounds and beauty help people to get relief from the sorrors. But human is blind in avarice and start to kill animals to get proteins and nutrients. For instance, Humans are greedy and they donot hesitate to use as a food o although there ia a wide range of nuts, fruits, vegetables and cereals.
In the conclusion. animals are the important part of the biodiversity.People are fond of non vegetarian food in nowadays. They have killed hundred of animals to get the taste of own choice. It is the wrong practice that become threat for animals in the modern time. They are continuously killing animals to get meat. No one should have the right to kill animals just for a meal that is sufficient in the form of grains , vegetables and fruits.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
Your position is clear: you strongly oppose eating meat, stating that it should be banned and that animals should not be killed for meals. You give relevant reasons, including animal welfare and the availability of plant-based foods, and the examples of seafood and beef help illustrate the issue. However, the response addresses the specific claim about cruelty in raising animals only partially. Much of the discussion shifts to killing animals, biodiversity, and their beauty, without explaining how animals are treated on farms or considering whether all meat production is cruel. Develop one or two reasons with clearer explanation and relevant evidence, and connect each point directly to the question. This would make your argument more complete and convincing.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. You also use linking expressions such as “For instance,” “On the other hand,” and “In the conclusion.” However, the progression between ideas is not always clear: the second body paragraph begins with animals’ beauty and boredom, then moves to greed and nutrition without showing how these points connect. “On the other hand” suggests a contrast, but the paragraph continues to support your existing position. Some references, such as “They” and “It,” are also unclear. Organise each paragraph around one main reason, explain it in sequence, and use linking phrases only when their relationship is accurate.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “biodiversity,” “nutrients,” “avarice,” and “cruel practice,” and these choices show an effort to express ideas beyond basic language. However, the range is limited by repeated words such as “animals,” “humans,” and “kill,” while several inaccurate or unnatural phrases make meaning difficult to follow. For example, “starve” does not express the intended idea of satisfying greed, and “animals sounds” is not a natural way to describe their sounds. There are also spelling and word-form problems, including “prespective,” “sorrors,” and “donot.” Build a more precise set of topic collocations and check spelling and word forms during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures, including “They are also living creatures which are helpful to provide milk and wool to all of us.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in sentence boundaries, agreement, articles, and verb forms make parts of the response hard to read. For example, “animals are also free live their lives” needs a grammatical structure such as “animals should be free to live their lives,” while “humans … donot hesitate to use as a food” lacks a clear object and has an incorrect verb pattern. Punctuation and spacing are also inconsistent, as in “In the conclusion. animals.” Practise building accurate sentences first, then combine related ideas using clauses such as “because” and “although.”
