Student answer (Band 5.0)
most of the people Will grow the animas for the purpose of having meet ,milk or for some domestic purpose, as i can say meat is a source of protein which develop muscles to grow and good sources of other nutrients, Animal cruelty can be considered to some extant but i believe even having vegetarian food can also be cruelty to plans because plants have 6 senses as compare to animals ,over all i believe that every Animal or plant who are there on the earth will support human life in one way or the another ,then there is no question of having cruelty to animals ,only we have to focus on butchering of animas as proper butchering will make animal fee less pain
.
over all i believe that eating meet or not is a personal choice, but this will not validate the tag that the people are cruel, it is the chain system where one organism is eating another in the form of food chain.Make sure that the animal should be given proper care in poultry management and another Animal productions proper food ,shelter and fodder is given and make sure the area should be aseptic and not be contaminated, health care facilites should be provided and the healthy animal should be taken out for slaughtering the animals
This certain steps can reduce the onhuman activity and cruelty to the animals. if the people wont have meet of animals there population will be enormous ,which may lead there life to be difficult

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a recognisable position: eating meat is a personal choice, and you reject the claim that meat-eaters are necessarily cruel. You also offer relevant points about protein, animal care and the food chain. However, the response only partly addresses the central question of whether people should never eat meat because animal farming is cruel. The claim that plants have “6 senses” is not explained or supported, and the prediction that animal populations would become enormous if people stopped eating meat needs clearer reasoning. Develop your position by explaining how these points answer the cruelty argument, and support them with a specific example. A more direct discussion of whether improved farming practices are enough, or whether eating meat should be avoided, would make the response more complete.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation: the first section presents reasons for eating meat and the second returns to personal choice and animal care. However, the progression between ideas is difficult to follow because several points are joined into very long sentences, and the response has little clear paragraph structure. For example, the opening moves from animal products to nutrition, plant senses and the food chain without showing how each point connects to the next. “Overall” is repeated, while links such as “then” and “but” do not always make the relationship between ideas clear. Use separate paragraphs for your position, supporting reasons and conclusion, and make each paragraph develop one main point with clear transitions.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “protein,” “nutrients,” “poultry management,” “shelter” and “slaughtering.” This gives you some useful topic-specific language, but the range is limited and errors in spelling, word choice and collocation are noticeable. Examples include “meat” written as “meet,” “animals” as “animas,” “plants” as “plans,” and the unclear phrase “onhuman activity.” Some expressions, such as “healthy animal should be taken out for slaughtering,” are also awkward and make the intended meaning less precise. Build a more accurate set of phrases for animal welfare and farming, and check spelling carefully. Choosing precise terms will help you explain your argument without relying on repeated general words such as “cruelty” and “proper.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to connect ideas using clauses and conjunctions, as in “if the people wont have meet of animals there population will be enormous,” but complex sentences are often difficult to follow because of frequent grammatical errors. Subject–verb agreement is inconsistent (“most of the people Will grow”), and articles, plurals and possessives are often missing or incorrect. The sentence beginning “Animal cruelty can be considered…” runs through several ideas without reliable sentence boundaries, while punctuation and capitalisation are also inconsistent. These problems sometimes make the relationships between ideas unclear. Practise writing shorter, complete sentences first, then combine them using accurate subordinate clauses. Check agreement, articles and sentence boundaries during proofreading.
