Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nutritious food make healthy life by keeping our body system strong and free from illness. People who loving eating healthy live longer in contrast to people who are addicted to junk food. Living in this modern era tends people to choose outside meals over homemade or protein items. The following essay will spark on constructive side of eating meat, dicussing its benfits and reasons behind agreement.
To begin with, I am a non-veg person who likes to eat chicken, eggs, fish etc. I definitely know from where this food come from, how it is processed and why I need to have this in eating lifestyle. The Meat which is consumed from animals is nutritious and when I say nutrious it means high in protein, fat, fibers and minerals. Now a days, people are more into technology which tends to make them lethergic where they do require food which can sustain them for long time, gives energy and give rid from hunger for a long while.
Another fact I believe is that raising animals or sacrificing their live for human consumption is the part of lifecycle. As we learned in high school earlier, how animals eat each other beacuse that is how their world moves and that's their meal since decades before. For intsnace, snake consuming frog and frog consuming flies which continous to survive for their living. Therefore, people who likes to take nutrients from animals is also the part of one of the lifecyle in this world.
To conclude, I believe the choice of eating depends on the person we are no one to judge what someone should have or not. Enjoying meals from animals gives alot of choices and good health.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You present a relevant position: you disagree with the claim that people should never eat meat, referring to nutrition, personal choice, and the idea that animals consume other animals. These points address the topic, but the response only partially develops the argument. The claim that meat provides protein and energy is asserted rather than supported, and it does not directly answer whether raising animals for food is cruel. The food-chain example is also not a strong justification for human farming practices. Your conclusion restates personal choice but does not resolve the cruelty issue. To strengthen the response, acknowledge animal-welfare concerns and explain what conditions or practices would make meat production acceptable, using a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, and phrases such as “To begin with” and “To conclude” help signal stages. However, progression between ideas is not always clear. The introduction moves from healthy food to outside meals and then to the essay’s position without establishing a focused line of argument. Within the first body paragraph, nutrition, technology, lethargy, and hunger are linked loosely, while the second shifts from animal behaviour to human consumption without explaining the connection. Some linking phrases, including “Therefore,” make the reasoning sound more conclusive than the support allows. Organise each paragraph around one clear reason and use explicit explanations to connect examples to your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “human consumption,” “nutritious,” “protein,” and “lifecycle,” and you use some variety rather than relying entirely on basic words. However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or unnatural choices make parts difficult to interpret, such as “spark on constructive side,” “addicted to junk food,” and “gives rid from hunger.” Spelling errors such as “dicussing,” “benfits,” and “lethergic” also reduce clarity. Some expressions are imprecise for the argument: “sacrificing their live” does not clearly describe animal slaughter, and “non-veg person” is informal. Build a more precise vocabulary for animal welfare and farming, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including clauses introduced by “where” and “which,” but control is inconsistent. Errors occur frequently in basic sentence patterns and can make the reader pause: “Nutritious food make” needs subject–verb agreement, and “People who loving eating healthy live longer” has an incorrect verb form and unclear construction. Other examples include “this food come from,” “people who likes,” and “the choice of eating depends on the person we are no one to judge,” where agreement or sentence boundaries are faulty. Articles, plurals, and punctuation also need attention. Practise accurate simple sentences first, then add subordinate clauses, checking that each clause has a clear subject and correctly formed verb.
