Student answer (Band 6.0)
Few human beings say that education mentorships are more crucial part for children's education while some individuals thinks that it is more vital to concentrate on academics during school time.In my opinion, children should learn both physical and academic education during their school time.
On one hand, children should take physical classes while they go to school because it make children more productive in their life and they will stay bit more healthy while doing some physical activities like playing football, cricket, hockey and similar games. For instance, I started playing football in my school time and after playing for several weeks I was feeling fresh in the morning due to regular body movements in my school game classes.
On the Other hand, I also believes that academic education also play more vital role in children's education because they also know about what's going around them and what will they learn in their upcoming classes. In addition, they will improve their lack of skills while doing some extra classes after their school hours. For example, i was weak at my physics classes in my school then my teacher started give me more knowledge about in in extra classes so that I can know more about it and more ahead with choosing this subject as an main subject.
In recapitulation, according to above paragraphs I believe that, children should learn physical activities like playing outdoor game and also they need to put attention on their academics and daily routine to make them more productive in their upcoming life.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both sides of the argument and provides a clear personal opinion in the introduction and conclusion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention the benefits of physical education (productivity, health) and academics (knowledge, skill improvement), the supporting examples are quite brief and personal. To reach a higher band, you should expand on the broader societal or educational implications of these views rather than relying solely on personal anecdotes. The position is consistent, but the depth of analysis is restricted by the brevity of the arguments.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use basic cohesive devices such as 'On one hand', 'On the other hand', and 'In addition' to link ideas. However, the flow between sentences is sometimes mechanical, and the transition between the introduction and the body paragraphs could be smoother. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'about in in extra classes', which disrupts the logical progression. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence would enhance the overall coherence.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks variety and precision. You rely on simple terms like 'important', 'vital', and 'good'. There are also some awkward collocations and word choice errors, such as 'education mentorships' instead of 'physical education' and 'lack of skills' when you likely meant 'skill gaps'. While the meaning is clear, the range is limited, and there is little evidence of less common lexical items or idiomatic expressions. To improve, focus on using more academic vocabulary related to education and health.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede readability. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'some individuals thinks', 'I also believes'), incorrect preposition usage, and missing articles. For instance, 'teacher started give me' should be 'teacher started giving me'. While the meaning is generally understandable, these persistent errors in basic grammar prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. You should focus on proofreading for subject-verb consistency and verb forms after modal or auxiliary verbs.
