According to my point of view because of this developing country having knowledge of more then one language is most important for individual to grow.
Nowadays people usually go out of country for higher studies as well as for job ,if they are prone to the language of that country that provide them relaxation and quite easy for them to adapt .there is less chance for them to get difficulty in communication.so ultimately it provide them best opportunities for growth.
Like in Canada ,America for immigration purposes also if we are prone to more then one language then they give first preference for that candidate.example is French language.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt, identifying potential benefits such as career growth, immigration advantages, and international business communication, while also stating a clear position that language learning is important. However, the development of ideas is limited and at times repetitive, touching briefly on points like Canada immigration and multinational companies without deep elaboration. For instance, the mention of Canada and French language immigration preference is relevant but lacks detailed explanation. The arguments tend to generalise without sufficient concrete supporting examples from personal experience. Consequently, the task achievement aligns best with Band 5.5, as it addresses the prompt and presents a clear position, but the ideas remain under-developed and lack comprehensive extension.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay attempts logical organisation by grouping some ideas into paragraphs, such as discussing abroad opportunities and then home country perspectives. However, the overall progression is frequently disrupted by poor paragraphing, abrupt transitions, and run-on thoughts. For example, sentences like 'It is the time.' stand alone awkwardly without contextual connection, and cohesive devices are often missing or misused, as seen in 'so ultimately it provide them'. Referencing is unclear in places, such as 'that they give first preference', making it difficult to follow the logical trail. Paragraphing is insufficiently controlled throughout the text. These mechanical issues and lack of smooth progression place this criterion firmly at Band 5.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The student uses a limited and repetitive vocabulary range, with frequent lexical errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. Words are often misused or confused in collocation, such as using 'prone to the language' instead of 'proficient in' or 'familiar with', and 'forging country' instead of 'foreign country'. Other inaccuracies include 'through of any. Knowledge' and 'apportunities'. While the vocabulary is minimally adequate to convey the basic message about foreign language benefits, the numerous word choice and spelling errors prevent it from reaching Band 6.0, fitting the Band 5.0 descriptor where noticeable errors cause some difficulty.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.5
The essay displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on simple sentences and faulty attempts at complex clauses. There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('this developing country having knowledge... is most important', 'it provide them', 'that require those candidate'), tense inconsistencies, and missing articles. Punctuation and sentence boundaries are poorly managed, resulting in run-on sentences and fragments. Because these frequent errors cause considerable difficulty for the reader and reveal poor control over complex forms, the performance corresponds to a Band 4.5.
