Recently, the number of individuals that are depending on hotels and ready to eat food are increasing. Populous choose to consume frozen food instead of homemade food for their most of the meal. There are some pros and cons of eating outside and frozen food which I will be discussing.

The bright-side of eating ready made food is to cultivate time from kitchen. After spending half of the day at work, many individuals does not get enough time to cook. During busy time, frozen food can help to fulfill cravings. Another advantage includes less dishes to do when you are already tired after work and get a chance to follow your passion or hobbies during the spare time that you get after job.

The downside of eating outside has some considerable points which are related to health. Number of frozen items contain addible substances that are harmful to humans. Additionally, consumption of these type of food on regular basis can impact on human body. These harmful substances can affect negatively on body and leads to life threatening disorders. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5

The response addresses both the advantages and disadvantages of relying on convenience food. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention time-saving as a benefit and health risks as a drawback, the arguments lack depth and specific supporting evidence. For instance, the mention of 'frozen pancakes' is a good start, but the explanation remains superficial. To reach a higher band, you should expand on your points with more detailed reasoning or broader societal implications. The position is clear, but the conclusion is slightly repetitive rather than synthesising the main points effectively.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5

The essay is organised into logical paragraphs, each with a clear focus. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Additionally', 'To reiterate', and 'For an example', which help the flow of the text. However, some transitions feel a bit mechanical, and the referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'consumption of these type of food'. The progression of ideas is generally logical, but the connection between sentences could be smoother to improve the overall readability of the response.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks precision and variety. There are several instances of awkward word choices, such as 'cultivate time from kitchen' (which is non-standard) and 'populous' used as a noun instead of 'people' or 'the population'. You also use 'addible substances' instead of 'additives'. While the meaning is clear, the range of vocabulary is limited, and there is a reliance on basic phrasing. To improve, focus on using more precise collocations and academic vocabulary related to health and lifestyle.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally distract the reader. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues like 'many individuals does not get' and 'it impact negatively'. There are also errors in article usage and pluralisation, such as 'For an example' and 'these type of food'. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and plural forms will significantly improve your accuracy.
