Student answer (Band 6.0)
For making daily life more easier as well as convenient people rely on the food restaurants and grocery stores selling frozen food rather than cooking at home from scratch. Majority of folks are in the favor of this statements due to numbers of merits that I will be discussing in further paragraphs.
To begin with, buying frozen food or ordering food from restaurants is time saving as well as convenient for people. For instance, after a long day of work and traveling, instead of cooking a meal from scratch it is easier to microwave a packet of frozen pizza this help individual to save some time to spend it with their children.
On its darker side, there are some drawbacks of eating outside street food or frozen food for long run can cause number of medical issues. To cite an example, kids eating such food will harm their digestive system as well as there are comparatively low nutritional benefits of restaurant’s food than home cooked food.
However, feeding yourself and your family with home cooked food will not only give your numbers of nutrients to body but also a sense of awareness that hygiene is maintained while cooking the food.
In conclusion to the above statement, neither the pros can be neglected nor the cons. But people need to learn to maintain a balance between the food they order from stores and cooks at home. In my opinion, there are positive and negative aspects of everything we do but it is very important to take such decisions that does not harm the physical health of our loved ones.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both the advantages and disadvantages of relying on convenience food. However, the development of these ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention time-saving as an advantage and health risks as a disadvantage, the arguments lack depth and specific supporting evidence. For instance, the point about 'medical issues' is mentioned but not fully explored with clear examples or logical consequences. To reach a higher band, ensure that each point is extended with more detailed explanations or real-world examples. Your position is clear throughout, but the overall development of the argument remains somewhat superficial.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow your argument. You use some cohesive devices like 'To begin with', 'On its darker side', and 'In conclusion', which provide a basic structure. However, the transitions between sentences are sometimes mechanical, and the flow could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words. Additionally, some referencing is slightly unclear, such as the transition between the discussion of health risks and the benefits of home-cooked food. Improving the variety and sophistication of your cohesive devices will help the essay flow more naturally.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'convenient', 'nutritional benefits', and 'hygiene'. However, there are some inaccuracies in word choice and collocation, such as 'For making daily life more easier' (should be 'easier') and 'in the favor of this statements' (should be 'in favor of this statement'). The vocabulary is generally functional but lacks the precision and variety required for higher bands. To improve, focus on using more sophisticated collocations and avoiding repetitive phrasing like 'food' which is used very frequently throughout the text.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors, such as 'this help individual to save' (should be 'this helps individuals') and 'there are numbers of merits' (should be 'a number of merits'). Punctuation is generally acceptable, but there are minor errors in article usage and subject-verb agreement. These errors do not significantly impede communication, but they are frequent enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and consistent tense usage will help improve your accuracy.
