Having a healthy and nutritious meal a day is really crutial for health and for good well-being. If we start our day with having such a healthy meal rich in protien and carbs make us more active and healthy. Breakfast is the basic nourishment of our daily life, yet it give us energy and enhance our fitness. One major advantage of having home cooked food is that it protects our health from bad bacteria or germs and make us more healthy, Now a days people mostly rely on restaurents which is noot good habit. They mostly rely on restaurents and frozen items because they do not have time to make fresh or home coocked food because they are busy in their lives for example jobs, studying, buisnesses etc. As we all know the better nourishment is our home cooked food gave us healthy life and make us healthy. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses the prompt by discussing the main advantages (convenience, saving time) and disadvantages (health risks, poor food quality) of relying on restaurants and convenience food rather than home-cooked meals. However, the development of ideas is limited and repetitive. The student spends a large portion of the essay discussing the general importance of breakfast and home cooking rather than systematically analyzing the specific advantages and disadvantages asked for in the prompt. Key points regarding restaurants and frozen meals are reiterated without sufficient extension or support. Consequently, the position is somewhat blurred by redundant statements, placing the performance at a Band 5 level according to official descriptors.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is a basic logical organisation, with distinct opening and closing paragraphs, and an attempt to sequence ideas between the advantages and disadvantages. However, progression is hindered by heavy repetition and a lack of clear overall direction. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion is frequently faulty or mechanical. The student overuses basic connective phrases like 'as we all know' and simple conjunctions, while referencing is sometimes unclear, such as pronoun shifts between 'we', 'they', and 'ourselves'. Overall, the mechanical flow and repetitive referencing align closely with the characteristics of a Band 5 performance.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The student demonstrates a limited but minimally adequate range of vocabulary for the task, successfully using common terms like 'convenience', 'frozen items', and 'home-cooked food'. However, there are noticeable spelling errors ('crutial', 'protien', 'restaurents', 'noot', 'coocked', 'buisnesses') and awkward word choices ('basic nourishment', 'clean products'). These lexical inaccuracies and frequent spelling errors cause some distraction and occasional difficulty for the reader, which firmly places this response in the Band 5 category for Lexical Resource.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, such as conditional clauses ('If we start our day with having such a healthy meal...'). However, attempts at complex structures frequently contain grammatical errors and awkward phrasing, such as subject-verb agreement issues ('make us more active') and run-on sentences ('for example if i eat something in frozen food after eating i realized it was expired...'). Punctuation is also weak, relying heavily on comma splices rather than proper sentence demarcation. Because frequent errors persist and structural control is inconsistent, a Band 5 score is appropriate.
