Student answer (Band 6.0)
It goes without saying that, pre-made food is way more convenient and delectable then the home-cooked food. Owing to this, it is claimed that most of time majority individuals preferred fast food instead of -home-made food. There are various advantages that includes ease of preparing and variety of flavourful taste whereas, disadvantages are unhealthy lifestyle and high cost-spend on the outside food.
One of the major advatnages that many people like to eat ready-made food because it is more convenient and easy to made. Individuals do not want to handle the mass of cooking so they prefer meals that is ready to cook. Where home-made food takes hours, pre-made food is ready to eat in few minutes. It has been observed that, in westren world, life is so busy that the masses eat pre-made food all day long. Another benefit of having pre cooked food is variety of option, according to your delectable taste buds. Like you get the option to change the brand or vender, if you do not like the tatse anymore or you got borred by eating same food. A noticeable example is United State at where people try new food item almost every day becuase they got bunch of options. Thus, Ready-made meals really helpfull in your busy schedule.
On the other hand, there are some drawback of having pre-made food continuously. One of the vital issue is health, premade food has a profound effect on the indivduals body fitness and stomach related problems. Due to the extensive use of spices and falvours, it become a reason of high blood pressure and other major diseases. There is a survey that done by International organization that the ingredients use in the packaged meals are 65 percent unhigenic and not eatable without a specific process. Another crucial factor that we ough to take care is the cost now-a-days individuals spending on the ready-made food. Although, the people consume it are earning well, they do not have any saving just because they spend alot on pre-made food items. A noticeable example is that in Canada a majority will not able to buy their own house because they do not have enough saving to do morgage but they frequently spending on the frozen food. Therefore, pre-made food has a significant issue realted to health and finances.
In conclution, I would recomend to take home-made food because it is full of nutrient and hygenic. The best wholesome food is the one that cooked by ourself with healthy spices.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.5
The response addresses both advantages and disadvantages and maintains a clear overall position, especially in the conclusion recommending home-cooked food. Convenience and choice are explained with relevant examples, while health and expense are identified as drawbacks. This gives the discussion a solid, relevant foundation. However, some points are asserted more than demonstrated: the claim that packaged-food ingredients are “65 percent unhigenic” is unclear and unsupported, and the Canada example about being unable to buy a house is a broad claim that needs a clearer link to food spending. The final recommendation also shifts from weighing both sides to advising against convenience food. More precise support and fuller development of the less convincing examples would strengthen the response further.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The essay has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. The contrast between the two main sides is easy to follow, and signposts such as “On the other hand” and “In conclusion” help guide the reader. Within paragraphs, however, linking can feel mechanical, with repeated transitions such as “Another benefit,” “A noticeable example,” and “Therefore.” Some connections are also unclear: the survey claim about ingredients does not explain how its statistic supports the health point, and the Canada example moves quickly from food spending to home ownership. Use fewer formulaic markers and make the relationship between each example and its main idea explicit.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The response attempts a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “convenient,” “variety,” “profound effect,” “nutrient,” and “wholesome.” However, inaccurate word choice, collocation, and spelling are frequent enough to make some phrases difficult to interpret or less natural. Examples include “delectable then,” “cost-spend,” “mass of cooking,” and “delectable taste buds”; several words are also misspelled, such as “advatnages,” “westren,” and “hygienic.” Repetition of “pre-made food” limits flexibility. Build a reliable set of natural expressions for this topic, and check spelling and word forms carefully. More accurate, conventional phrasing would make the ideas clearer without requiring more ambitious vocabulary.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
There are attempts to use complex sentences and subordinate clauses, for example, “Although, the people consume it are earning well…” and “if you do not like the taste anymore.” The overall meaning is usually recoverable, but sentence control is inconsistent, and errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction recur. Examples include “most of time majority individuals preferred,” “meals that is ready,” and “it become a reason.” Some sentences also combine clauses awkwardly, as in “Another benefit … is variety of option, according to your delectable taste buds.” Practise forming accurate subject–verb patterns and checking tense and article use, then revise complex sentences to ensure each clause is complete and clearly connected.
