Student answer (Band 4.5)
It is widely held belief that growing number of individuals rely on restaurants and convenience food. This is particularly significant impact on the world affecting both individual and community. There is a light of principal advantages or disadvantage. which would be upcoming paragraphs before any conclusions can be drawn.
One of the main reason is that, the frozen meals is more esay to cook. This is evident from the fact that, in the hectic day's people are prefer to the frozen foods because there are not cook the traditional methods. and simple to cook in boil water. Additional another reason is that the there are not waste the time to bake the meals. For instance, some students are live in alone to another country and in the busy day's there are not preper the meals in the properly
and there are always prefer to the frozen foods.
On the other hand, some people are buy the packaged meals like the Maggie, pasta, so on product. some people are busy in the family business and there are not time to parper the home made meals, there are also prefer to packaged meals and preper the meals for the modern way. To illustrate, some people's are not cook the meals are home there are order to the meals in the zomato, swiggy so on online platform.
In my opinion, the ferzon foods are not healthy to health because there are lots of sugar and chamical. people are preper the daily basis meals because there are fresh and lots of protein to prepare in health according.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You identify relevant advantages, especially that frozen meals are quick to prepare and can suit students living alone or people with busy schedules. You also introduce a disadvantage by saying these foods may contain sugar and chemicals and are less healthy. However, the response does not fully explain both sides: the second body paragraph mainly gives further reasons people choose packaged meals or delivery, rather than developing a disadvantage. The opening is unclear about what the essay will argue, and the final opinion is brief and does not clearly weigh the benefits against the health concern. Develop each main point with a clear explanation and a specific example, and make your overall position explicit.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has separate opening, body paragraphs and a concluding opinion, and phrases such as “On the other hand” and “For instance” show an attempt to guide the reader. However, the progression is difficult to follow because the second body paragraph continues discussing why people choose convenience food instead of presenting a clear contrasting disadvantage. Some links are inaccurate or unclear, including “There is a light of principal advantages or disadvantage,” while repeated use of “there are” makes the writing sound mechanical. Improve the organisation by giving each paragraph one clear purpose, using topic sentences to signal that purpose, and connecting examples directly to the point they support.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “frozen meals,” “packaged meals,” “traditional methods,” “protein” and “online platform.” This gives the reader a basic sense of the subject. However, the range is limited and several phrases are repeated, particularly “prefer to” and “prepare the meals.” There are also frequent spelling and word-choice problems, such as “esay,” “preper,” “ferzon” and “chamical,” and unnatural expressions such as “busy day’s” and “healthy to health.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning harder to understand. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling, word forms and natural collocations when revising.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt to form longer sentences and give reasons and examples, but sentence structures are very limited and errors occur frequently, sometimes obscuring meaning. For example, “in the hectic day's people are prefer to the frozen foods” has problems with the article, plural form and verb construction; “some students are live in alone” also uses an incorrect verb pattern. Subject–verb agreement and sentence boundaries are often unreliable, as in “some people are buy” and the lower-case sentence beginning “and simple to cook.” Practise accurate simple sentence patterns first, then combine ideas with clauses such as “because” and “although.” Check articles, verb forms, agreement and punctuation in each sentence.
