Student answer (Band 5.5)
Individuals nowadays has craze to eat from restaurants or order something from there. Its convenient and time saving procedure. Thus they have rely on quick method instead of home-cooked food. From my perspsective its beneficial sometime to eat frozen food but they are not healthy as the home made food.
To commence with, individuals are busy due to their hectic routine furthermore women also doing jobs. Thus they want to go to restaurant and eat meal instead of spending energy at home. Its might look easier and qiuck way and its also become a trend in our country. This is good facility for working women. Sometimes people have urgent guest than these frozen foods and order from restaurant helps to serving the guest in a proper way.
On the other hand, these foods may be convenient but these have some health issues. Sometimes food is not fresh or it has some hygiene problem. Sometime expairy dates are not mention and it causes health in danger. These foods have low calories and vitamins instaed of home made food. For instans, a manager was caught and went to jail because of using low level material in juice. Government gave him 14 years jail because many children went to death zone after drank the juice . Thus every should must careful about eating outside or ordering something.
In conclusion, frozen food and packaged meal or restuarants has advantages and disadvantages both. Go to the restaurants trend in our society. Its is good to go outside and enjoy food but it should never become a habit.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both sides of the question and give a clear overall view: convenience is beneficial, but restaurant and packaged food should not become a habit. The advantages are relevant, including saving time for busy workers and helping when guests arrive unexpectedly; the disadvantages include hygiene concerns and possible health effects. However, some points need fuller explanation. For example, the claim that these foods have “low calories and vitamins” is unclear, and the juice example is dramatic but its connection to everyday reliance on convenience food is not fully explained. Develop each main point with a precise explanation or a more directly relevant example, and make your final position more explicit about the balance of advantages and disadvantages.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for advantages and disadvantages, and a conclusion. This makes the overall line of argument easy to follow. You also use signposts such as “To commence with,” “On the other hand,” and “In conclusion.” At times, however, linking feels mechanical, and some references are unclear: “these foods” can refer to several different types of food, while “Thus every should must careful” interrupts the progression of the final point. The conclusion repeats the main ideas rather than drawing them together. Use clearer topic sentences, connect each example directly to its point, and vary linking expressions so the relationships between ideas are more precise.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “hectic routine,” “hygiene,” “packaged meal,” and “convenient.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes meaning unclear. For instance, “has craze to eat” does not express the intended idea naturally, “went to death zone” is an unsuitable phrase for describing illness or death, and “low level material” is imprecise. Spelling errors such as “perspsective,” “qiuck,” and “expairy” also reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural phrases for discussing time, nutrition, food safety, and convenience, and check spelling and collocations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a reason clause in “because many children went to death zone” and a contrast introduced by “but.” The main ideas are generally understandable, but errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction recur. Examples include “Individuals nowadays has,” “they have rely,” and “Sometimes food is not fresh or it has some hygiene problem.” The sentence “Thus every should must careful” is particularly difficult to interpret because its structure is incomplete. Practise checking subject–verb agreement and verb patterns, and make sure each sentence has a clear subject and correctly formed verb. More accurate control of these structures would make your argument easier to read.
