As we are living in next century , along with technologies foodie business are expending interms of food variety and frozen food. frozen foods are prepaid and really done convienence for everyone including students. office going, and shopkeepers .
Frozen foods at resturant have integral part of convienence for resturant owner and customer aswell, because of swift cooking, early serving to walk in customer, cater more customers in shorter time.
Resturant hire chef for specific meal like chinese and continental food or indian food, that experience we cannot have in home made food.
The only thing which is compromised is the freshness, as compare to home made fesh food.
On the other handside fresh home made food is full fresh, cooked rather than refrigerated packed food, fresh home made food are always health for family.
packaged food creates the health issue because of presevatives that are harmful for body.
Now a days patents came to hospital with different diseases because of packed food side effects, specially creating heart related issues, sudden cardic failure.
Furthermore resturants have cleaning and sanitation issues, becaus the business owners wont take care for this matter, rather they are spending money to make fashionable resturant.
Healthy life style and fitness maintainance only can be maintain because of homemade and home cooked food.
Adding more in it, home made food are economical rather than, resturant or frozen food , you are preparing for your family so cleaning safely measures much be taken as compare to commercial resturant.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both sides of the question by identifying convenience and faster service as advantages, then discussing freshness, health, sanitation, and cost as disadvantages of relying on prepared food. The point that restaurants can “cater more customers in shorter time” is relevant, and you give a clear general preference for home cooking through comments about health and economy. However, the discussion is only partly developed: claims about preservatives causing heart problems and restaurants neglecting sanitation are broad and unsupported, and the restaurant experience point is not clearly explained as an advantage. The conclusion, “both options have pros and cons,” is very general and does not clarify your overall view. Explain each main point with a reason or example and distinguish restaurant meals from packaged convenience food more consistently.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has some organisation: it begins with convenience foods, moves to restaurant benefits, then contrasts these with home cooking and ends with a brief summary. Paragraph breaks help separate several ideas. However, there is no clear overall progression, and the relationship between points is sometimes difficult to follow. For example, “Resturant hire chef…” appears as a separate claim without a clear link to the preceding discussion, while “Adding more in it” introduces cost and cleaning in a confusing way. Linking phrases such as “On the other handside” and “Furthermore” are used, but they do not always make the argument’s structure clear. Group advantages together, then disadvantages, and use a final paragraph to summarise your position; make each paragraph develop one connected point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “frozen foods,” “freshness,” “preservatives,” “sanitation,” and “economical.” These terms show an attempt to discuss health, convenience, and cost rather than relying only on very basic language. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to understand, such as “prepaid” for prepared, “expending” for expanding, and “convienence.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “early serving,” “full fresh,” and “health for family.” Repetition of “home made food” and “resturant” further limits flexibility. Build accuracy with common collocations and check spelling, while choosing precise terms such as “quick service,” “freshly prepared,” and “a healthy option for families.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons, as in “Frozen foods at resturant have integral part… because of swift cooking.” This shows an effort to connect ideas, but the range is limited and complex attempts are often faulty. Errors in articles, agreement, and sentence construction occur frequently: “Frozen foods… have integral part” needs an article, while “fresh home made food are always health” has problems with agreement and sentence form. The opening sentence also lacks clear grammatical structure, and punctuation and capitalisation are inconsistent, including sentence starts such as “frozen foods” and “packaged food.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning hard to follow. Practise accurate basic clauses first, then add subordinate clauses using “because,” “although,” and “while.”
