nowadays, The trend of people toward resturants and processed food has become increasingly common instead of home-cooked food for their meal.some people believe that forzen and resturants food are more convenient while others believe that home made food are fresh anf full of nutrients.however,.i firmly believe that home-cooked are better than packaged meal.this eassy will discuss both perspectives and advantages outweight the disadvantages.
on one hand , thie eassy will discuss the advantages of home -made food because it cooked freshly and use the hygenic techniques to prepare it. furthermore, cooking food also involves the washing and cutting process with clean hands. for instance, when meal is prepared at home,it may follow the precautionary measures to serve it full of taste.its making process save its nutrients value and protect the body from various diseases. when this food is supplied to any where, its impact more positive as comapred to other foods.
on the other hands, there are numerous disadvantages of processed food.it is packed for a year and can easily supplied when anyone ordered.it loses its nutrients rate and also produce various kind of bacteria.for example, when food is freezed for a long time, it produce bacteria which activate and cause digestive problems.although restaurants also ready meal under unhygenic condition, and also use stored material. in conclusion, these two perspectives of essay are distinct. Home made food are essential for health and provide strength to body and muscles.intead of using frozen food which harmfully effect to the body.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You attempt to discuss both sides and give a clear preference for home-cooked food, especially in the opening and conclusion. However, the response only partially answers the question: the task asks for advantages and disadvantages of relying on restaurants and convenience food, while much of your first body paragraph describes the benefits of home cooking. The disadvantages you mention—reduced nutrients, bacteria, and unhygienic restaurant preparation—are relevant, but are asserted rather than clearly explained or supported. The response also does not meet the required minimum length, which limits the opportunity to develop examples and address the advantages of eating this way. Focus each body paragraph on the requested benefits and drawbacks, and explain each point with a specific example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and phrases such as “on one hand,” “on the other hands,” and “in conclusion” signal stages of the response. However, progression is not consistently clear: the first body paragraph discusses home-made food rather than the advantages of restaurant and convenience meals, so the argument shifts away from the question. Some linking is mechanical or inaccurate, and several ideas are joined without clear relationships, as in the sentence about frozen food producing bacteria and causing digestive problems. Paragraphing is present, but the conclusion introduces a general judgement rather than neatly summarising the two sides. Organise around advantages and disadvantages, and use links to show cause, contrast, and example precisely.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “processed food,” “nutrients,” “precautionary measures,” and “digestive problems,” which helps communicate the subject. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts difficult to understand, such as “resturants,” “forzen,” “hygenic,” and “nutrients rate.” Some expressions are also unnatural or imprecise, including “its impact more positive” and “produce various kind of bacteria.” Repetition of “food” and “home-made” further restricts the vocabulary. Build a more accurate set of phrases for discussing convenience, cost, freshness, and health, and check spelling and collocations. More precise wording would make your relevant ideas clearer and more convincing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a contrast with “while” and a conditional example beginning “when food is freezed.” However, the range is limited, and complex attempts are often faulty. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in phrases such as “home made food are” and “it produce bacteria”; articles and sentence boundaries are also frequently missing or misplaced. For example, the opening contains several ideas joined together without reliable punctuation, while the final sentence is a fragment beginning “instead of using frozen food.” These problems sometimes make relationships between ideas unclear. Practise building complete sentences with a clear subject and verb, checking agreement and articles, and using full stops to separate ideas.
