Foods are the basic needs of each individual without this survival of daily life is impposible. Due to busy scedules and hectic routine people dont have enough time to prepare all these as a result maximizes the peoples rely on ready to eat food .Increasing different culnery shops results in less healthy meals
Frozen food as it have very maximum amout of stabilizers which damages oveall health most working women rely on this just for because they are quickly prepared and no cutting chopping required as they saves lots of time as compared to home made food
Nowdays resturents play a big role in developing different taste in young generation as they are unhealthy for example junk food as rhey have delicious taste but have lots of calories in result young children cause heart issues
As we look on other hand homecooked foods are more healthy as it contains equal amount of proteins , carobohydrates , minerals and all essential vitamins that our body need at all so It keep our body fit and active because of this peoples ars less prone to diseses
As nutrition requirement are not full fill because eating unhealthy and junk food we should introduce good and healthy eating habits in our home and avoid all frozen and reay to eat food . As health is much important to live long and active life style.we should avoid daily gatherings that bother and crave for unhealthy and less nutrition food

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both sides of the topic: convenience foods save preparation time, while restaurant and packaged meals may be less nutritious and affect health. The examples about working women and children help make these points relevant. However, the response only partially develops the task: the advantages are mainly reduced preparation time, while the disadvantages repeat concerns about calories, nutrition and illness without explaining them in detail. The final advice to avoid these foods also shifts toward a recommendation rather than weighing both sides. The response is six words below the required minimum, which further limits the space available to explain and support your ideas. Develop each side with a specific example and a clearer overall judgement.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
There is some organisation: the response moves from reasons people choose convenience food, to possible health effects, and then to home cooking and advice. This gives the reader a basic sense of the topic’s progression. However, paragraphing is absent, and several ideas run together, particularly in the opening and the sentence about frozen food. Connections such as “as a result” and “on other hand” are attempted, but some are awkward or do not clearly show the relationship between ideas. The conclusion introduces advice without clearly summarising the comparison. Use separate paragraphs for the introduction, advantages, disadvantages and conclusion, and make each paragraph develop one main point with clear links.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some topic-related vocabulary, including “stabilizers,” “calories,” “proteins,” “minerals” and “vitamins,” which helps communicate the health focus. There are also attempts at less common expressions such as “hectic routine” and “nutrition requirement.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, sometimes making meaning difficult to follow: “maximum amount of stabilizers,” “developing different taste,” and “daily gatherings that bother and crave” are unclear or unnatural. Spelling errors such as “resturents,” “carobohydrates” and “diseses” are noticeable. Build a more precise range for discussing convenience, nutrition and health, and check spelling and collocations carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt to connect ideas in longer sentences, for example by using “because,” “as a result” and “as compared to,” but these structures are often not controlled accurately. The opening is a sentence fragment: “without this survival of daily life is impossible.” Other sentences lack clear subjects or have agreement and verb-form problems, as in “Frozen food as it have” and “it contains … that our body need.” Punctuation is also inconsistent, with missing full stops and commas causing several ideas to run together. Most sentence patterns are simple, and the complex attempts frequently create difficulty for the reader. Practise writing complete sentences first, then combine them using accurate clauses and punctuation.
