Majority of the people are dependent on ready to eat food and restaurant food nowadays as compared to home-cooked food. There are more advantages than disadvantages of this trend. In upcoming parahgraph i will discuss advantages and disadvantages of this trend.
To commence with, in 21st centuary people are soo busy to make more money and they like to work more hours a day, in this busy life they does not want to spend time on home-cook food because its takes soo much time to prepare food at home. For instance, Individuals who are working 10 hours shif and travel 2-3 hours a day and also do workout for 1-2 hours have very less time to prepare meal at home. Secondly, Many people doesnot work on site and they are keep travelling one place to another all the time so those kind of people have very less options to prepare meals at home so they choose frozen food where they can use microwave to heat up their meal which are very convient for them.
On the other hand, many people actually prefer to et outside food because they want to eat verity everyday. For example, if they want to eat chinese food they do not know how to make it at home they can eat outside or they can get frozen food so they can enjoy. Moreover, nowadays people can easiy find healthy food in a convience store for example, burrito , salmon sandwich, salad bowls.
To conclude with, advantages takeover the disadvantages of eating outside food because it can save time as well as people can try different variety of foods.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both sides of the question and state a position: you say there are “more advantages than disadvantages,” then discuss convenience and variety before concluding that the advantages outweigh the disadvantages. The examples about long work shifts and choosing Chinese food are relevant. However, the response only partially develops the comparison: the disadvantages of relying on restaurant and convenience food are not explained, and the claim that healthy options are easy to find is asserted rather than supported. The introduction also promises a discussion but does not clearly preview the main points. To strengthen the response, explain at least one specific drawback, such as cost, nutritional concerns, or packaging waste, and develop each main idea with a clear reason and example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion. Sequencing phrases such as “To commence with,” “Secondly,” and “On the other hand” help signal movement between points. However, the overall progression is not fully clear: the second body paragraph gives further advantages rather than presenting disadvantages, despite the contrast marker “On the other hand.” The conclusion repeats the advantages without resolving this imbalance. Some sentences also contain several ideas joined together, making the relationships harder to follow. Organise the body around clearly distinct advantages and disadvantages, use linking expressions that accurately reflect the relationship between ideas, and separate long sentences where needed.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “frozen food,” “microwave,” “workout,” and “healthy food,” and the reader can generally understand your examples. However, the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable, such as “centuary,” “convient,” “verity,” and “convience.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, including “home-cook food” and “eat outside food.” These errors reduce the clarity and naturalness of the response. Build a more accurate set of topic phrases and check spelling carefully; for example, use “home-cooked meals,” “eat out,” and “a wide variety of dishes.” Avoid repeating “food” when a more precise noun, such as “meals” or “options,” would fit.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a conditional example beginning “if they want to eat Chinese food,” but complex sentences are often faulty and errors occur frequently. Examples include “they does not want,” “its takes,” and “people doesnot work,” where subject–verb agreement or verb forms are incorrect. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “in 21st centuary” and “they can enjoy.Moreover.” These problems sometimes make the reader pause, even though the main meaning is usually recoverable. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, possessive forms, and sentence punctuation. Aim first to produce clear, correct simple sentences, then combine ideas using subordinate clauses and conjunctions.
