Student answer (Band 5.5)
This is undeniable that most part of world cars can become a important priority from one place to another. Some people believe that many people are totally depend on private transport rather than public transport. Eventually, I believes that both have merits and demerits of this development, I will going to discuss in further paragraphs.
There are number of positive to use cars rather than second option, The main positive is that, it save time and provide privacy while travel. If people use such as bus and trains, they have to wait longer period to catch them which makes them late for their workplace. This can put negative impact on their boss . Although they do not need to recieve bus from stop, this may make their journey more convenient while starting from home. The second advantage is that is unable them to complete their office task and project during sitting in car owing to have efficient space.
Considering the negative side , due to this , gerenerating large amount of pollution among the environment, if people use their own personal vichcle besides choosing another option for communitting. Which may relase harm gases in the environment, pollute the natural quality of air. This is because, it may detrimental impact on health , it creates numbers of diseases such as asthma or allergies .for example , in india , besides of heaving a lot of public transport . However people prefer to commute on their own vichcles . As a result , a large part of air is polluted in india than other notion.
To sum up, although, it is cleared cars bring a lot of benefits for daily users, I personally believe that people should use them in limit so that we can saves our periods from further negative consequences.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the ways reliance on cars affects our lives and whether these effects are positive or negative. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. While you mention convenience and pollution, the arguments lack depth and specific supporting evidence. For instance, the example regarding India is relevant but is expressed with grammatical errors that obscure the point. The position is clear, but the overall response would benefit from more detailed explanations of how these factors specifically change daily life, rather than just listing them. To improve, ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence followed by a well-developed explanation and a concrete example.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as 'Eventually, I believes' or 'Considering the negative side, due to this'. Some transitions are awkward, and the logical flow between sentences is occasionally interrupted by grammatical errors. Referencing is sometimes unclear, making it difficult to track the subject matter. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently', 'furthermore', 'nevertheless') more naturally and ensure that each sentence connects logically to the one preceding it.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. There are several instances of incorrect word choice or spelling errors, such as 'vichcle' instead of 'vehicle', 'gerenerating' instead of 'generating', and 'notion' used incorrectly to mean 'nation'. These errors occasionally impede the reader's understanding. While you attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'committing' and 'detrimental', the frequent spelling and collocation errors suggest a limited range of control. To improve, focus on learning the correct spelling of common academic words and practice using them in context to ensure they are used accurately.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation that often distract the reader. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'I believes'), incorrect verb forms (e.g., 'I will going to discuss'), and missing articles. Punctuation is also inconsistent, with misplaced commas and periods. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the high frequency of errors prevents the text from reaching a higher band. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, specifically subject-verb agreement and the correct use of auxiliary verbs, before attempting more complex structures.
