Student answer (Band 5.0)

It is increasingily common for people who buy cars for there daily transportation use in the world. Although this development may bring certain benefits, I believe that it is a usefull and effective development overall because it save the time of the person and help to reach the destination faster.

The primary reason why this is a effective to the human development is that if the person have the private vehicle they can go any were by there own mood and have a freedom. This is mainly because people need a personal time and want to live life independently. In addition, they want to explore the new technology and move according to the time. For example, if the person have the importent meating which change the life of that person then if the person used the public transportation vehicles him/her will leat and don able to attend the meating while in the other hend if the person have the car the person will attend the meating and do the work fast. Therefore, it is so importent for person to have there personal vehicle ot transportation.

Although significant factor is that the person is it is not only for the business purpose it is also for the daily medium for the human.this can be attributedto thenfactor that it can solve the huge problem of privacy. For instance, people who use there private vehicle they can communicate freely and fluently to each other. As a result, there is no licage of information to the other people and fill free to speek. Although the public vehicle help the cost of travle from one place to another effecently, I believe that having personal vehicle help people seafty and privacy.

In conclusion, while it is more cheef to travle from public vehicle but i belive for the personal live purposer private vehicle is more good choise for travle from one place to another plase with safety.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The response addresses the prompt by discussing the effects of relying on private cars and stating a clear personal position, though the ideas are somewhat limited and under-developed. The writer touches upon freedom, schedule management, and privacy as key effects, but these points are supported with basic or repetitive explanations rather than extended reasoning. For example, the argument regarding attending an important meeting is circular and lacks fully realized contextual detail. To reach a higher level, the writer needs to expand on the implications of car reliance with more fully developed explanations and concrete, well-elaborated examples rather than relying on brief generalizations.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

There is a basic organizational structure with paragraphs separating different points, but the response lacks a clear overall progression. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often mechanical, repetitive, or inaccurate, such as starting multiple sentences with 'Although' or 'For example' in ways that do not logically connect the ideas. Referencing is also occasionally unclear, making it hard to follow the exact progression of the argument. To improve cohesion, the writer should ensure that transitional markers accurately reflect the relationship between sentences and paragraphs, and build smoother logical bridges between the introduction, body paragraphs, and conclusion.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task. The writer attempts some less common items such as 'transportation' and 'independence', but there are noticeable errors in spelling, word form, and word choice throughout the text, such as 'increasingily', 'usefull', 'meating', 'leat', 'cheef', and 'choise'. These lexical inaccuracies and frequent spelling errors occasionally cause difficulty for the reader and restrict the flow of ideas. To achieve a higher band, the writer must expand their vocabulary range, learn the correct spelling of common words, and improve word choice and collocation accuracy.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The writer demonstrates a limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple sentences alongside poorly controlled attempts at complex clauses. There are frequent grammatical errors, including issues with subject-verb agreement, pronoun usage, and missing articles, such as 'if the person have', 'vehicles him/her will leat', and 'from public vehicle'. These persistent errors cause difficulty for the reader. To progress, the writer needs to increase sentence variety, improve control over subordinate clauses, and eliminate basic grammatical inaccuracies through careful proofreading and practice.
