As you know, in this fast pace environment everyone is doing multi-tasking. While, driving many people using the cell phones. In this situation the traffic authorities have to take serious action on this. To make reduction in using cell phone while driving, they have to install advance CCTV cameras which can capture the vehicle registration number as well as person movements. Although, it cannot be possible to cover all roads, but on busy traffic roads, near schools or hospital these cameras can be beneficial to caught someone doing this offence.

Moreover, as people start getting heavy plenty fines on using cell phones during driving can be very helpful in reduction of road accidents. In addition, authorities can also give awareness through advertisements on TV or social media regarding the illegality of using cell phone during driving. Recently, I saw an incident happens near my office as person on phone call looks bit annoyed and stressed and same time he is parking his car and mistakenly hits the other car very badly. All this happens due to distracted mind set.

Therefore I will conclude that authorities should make cell phones illegal while during the driving and also take serious action who convicted this offence. This activity can involve many other people life at risk. So, it should be banned completely while during driving.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of banning cell phone use while driving. The ideas are relevant, such as the use of CCTV cameras and public awareness campaigns. However, the development is somewhat limited. While you provide an example of an accident near your office, the explanation of why a total ban is the most effective solution compared to other measures could be more deeply explored. The conclusion restates your position, but the overall argument lacks the depth required for a higher band. To improve, ensure that each body paragraph fully explores the 'why' and 'how' of your arguments rather than just listing potential solutions.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into logical paragraphs, each with a central focus. You use some cohesive devices like 'Moreover,' 'In addition,' and 'Therefore' to link ideas. However, the flow is occasionally hindered by mechanical or repetitive transitions. For example, the phrase 'while during the driving' is used awkwardly in the conclusion. Additionally, some sentences feel disconnected, such as the transition between the discussion of CCTV cameras and the suggestion of fines. To improve, focus on using a wider variety of linking words and ensure that the relationship between sentences is always clear and natural.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'traffic authorities,' 'offence,' and 'distracted.' However, there are several instances of imprecise word choice and collocation errors, such as 'getting heavy plenty fines' (should be 'receiving heavy fines') and 'caught someone doing this offence' (should be 'catch someone committing this offense'). These errors do not prevent understanding, but they do limit the precision of your argument. To reach a higher band, focus on learning common collocations and using more sophisticated vocabulary to express your ideas more naturally.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While you attempt complex sentences, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with verb tenses and prepositions. Examples include 'accidents on a road happens' (should be 'happen'), 'many people using the cell phones' (should be 'use'), and 'it cannot be possible' (should be 'it may not be possible'). Punctuation is generally functional, but there are issues with sentence fragments and awkward phrasing. To improve, focus on subject-verb agreement and ensure that your complex sentences are constructed accurately to avoid impeding the reader's flow.
