Driving is a full time job. A person who is on driving seat should be be very vigilant. Even a small slight cut can cause a catastrophic disaster.
Using phone during driving should be banned.
I have observed many serious accidents on the roads in previous years just because of negligence and distractions. On the roads people of different agees are driving.Even the senior citizen, very young people too.Few are bigner and few have some other issues.Every person of the society should be responsible and focused while driving. They should not be only concerned about themselves but also other on the roads.
We need to educate the people to avoid the usage of phones during driving. It a serious thing talk about.
But in Many countries people are very careful and never follow such thing. It increases the rate of road side accidents. There can be animal too.when you drive smartly and actively.you not only save yourself but also other. Therefore zin every country strict rule should be made and follow. However in my country CCTV cameras are installed on the roads to monitor the drivers.Even the system of Challans is also very effective in all over the world. Trafic police is playing marvelous role to control it.I have attended may seminar conducted about public safety and transportation.
Many countries are playing an incredible role to control it.When under age and youngsters are on the roads they are more careless about the precautionary measurements.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear position in favor of banning cell phone use while driving. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention the dangers of distraction and the need for strict rules, the arguments are somewhat repetitive and lack depth. For instance, you mention CCTV and traffic police, but these points are not clearly linked back to the core argument of why a total ban is the most effective solution. To improve, ensure each paragraph focuses on a single, well-supported idea that directly answers the 'to what extent' aspect of the prompt.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organized into short paragraphs, but the flow between sentences is often disjointed. Many sentences are simple and lack cohesive devices to link ideas logically. For example, the transition between discussing the dangers of driving and the mention of CCTV cameras is abrupt. The use of referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the sentence 'It a serious thing talk about', where the pronoun 'it' lacks a clear antecedent. Improving the use of linking words like 'consequently', 'furthermore', or 'however' would help create a smoother progression of ideas.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally basic and repetitive. You rely on simple terms like 'serious', 'good', and 'bad' without much variation. There are also several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice, such as 'small slight cut' (likely meaning a minor error) and 'system of Challans' (a regional term that may not be widely understood). To reach a higher band, you should aim to use more precise vocabulary related to road safety, such as 'negligence', 'mitigate', 'enforcement', or 'distracted driving'. Spelling errors like 'agees', 'bigner', and 'trafic' also detract from the overall quality.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures. While there are attempts at complex sentences, they are often marred by grammatical errors, such as 'A person who is on driving seat should be be very vigilant' and 'when you drive smartly and actively.you not only save yourself but also other.' Punctuation is inconsistent, with missing spaces after periods and incorrect capitalization. Subject-verb agreement and article usage (e.g., 'the usage of phones', 'other on the roads') are frequent areas of concern. Focusing on sentence variety and proofreading for basic errors would significantly improve your score.
