Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, people are addicted with phones and which made one the main reason of accident. I am completely agree with the statement that while driving driver should not use the phone.
To begin with individuals drives a vehicle for long root with taking any brecks or at night they prefear of drive in dark while they are sleepy. As a result, the start using there phones either for entertainment or calling to their love once . which make them awake and distracted so they do not realize how tired and sleepy they are . How ever, this cause many issues while driving such as they miss a signal , do not hear horn, miss leading speed limits and ignore speed breckers. which not only make their life but also feel unsafe other people life at risk.
On the second half i would say that i is not completely possible to cancel the usage for drivers because except driving the have to use their phone for their work as long side it is important part of their daily life. for instance, drivers should take breck after every 2 hours so they get relaxed and at night if they are sleepy so they should park their vehicle at safe parking location or destination is near by so they should use radio instead.
In conclusion, i am agree that people should not utilize their phones and government should banned that license who is not following rules except diving drivers should allowed to use phone because it is part of routine.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position, though the development of ideas is inconsistent. You identify the dangers of distracted driving well, but the second body paragraph introduces a contradictory argument regarding the necessity of phone use for work, which weakens your initial stance. The conclusion attempts to reconcile these points but remains slightly confused, as it suggests banning licenses while simultaneously allowing phone use for work. To improve, ensure your supporting arguments consistently reinforce your main position throughout the essay. The ideas are relevant, but they require more logical structure to fully support your thesis.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'On the second half' is not a standard transition for a new argument, and 'as long side' is used incorrectly. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the phrase 'which make them awake', where the antecedent is ambiguous. While there is an overall progression, the logical flow between sentences is frequently interrupted by grammatical errors and awkward phrasing, which makes the text feel disjointed in several places.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally limited and repetitive. You rely on basic terms like 'addicted', 'issues', and 'important'. There are several instances of incorrect word choice and spelling errors that occasionally impede communication, such as 'long root' (long route), 'brecks' (breaks), 'love once' (loved ones), and 'miss leading' (misreading). While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'speed limits' and 'distracted', the lack of precision and frequent spelling mistakes prevent the use of a wider or more sophisticated range of language. Focus on learning correct collocations and checking spelling.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a high frequency of grammatical errors that affect readability. There are persistent issues with subject-verb agreement ('people are addicted', 'driver should not use'), article usage, and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, such as 'which make them awake and distracted so they do not realize how tired and sleepy they are'. The use of complex structures is attempted, but they are often faulty, leading to confusion. To reach a higher band, you must focus on basic sentence construction, correct verb tenses, and ensuring that punctuation does not break the flow of your ideas.
