Owing to the use of technology , the use of mobile phone has increased day by day. Although phones are usefull in daily basis ,during driving using it can call to hazardous issues and it shuold be banned properly . I totally agree with notion due to some reasons that will be elaborated in upcoming paragraphs .

Initially ,Using a phone takes driver's attention away from the road. To explicate it more, while reading notifications ,or picking call can take sight away from front road and driver can ignore traffic signals that not only can creates the problem for driver but also become the reason of mishapping for other vehicles that coming from other sides . For example , someone cheacking a text on intersection might not see a person stepped onto crosswalk . As a result , even a rough touch of vehicle can damage a whole life of any person.

secoundly, a clear law can encoruge drivers to drive safe on roads . To explain in detail, the more people have fear to use phone beacuse of fine and plenty , the more they avoid to use these ecltronic device on road . In addition to this, cameras shuold be installed on each and every intersecton so that clear picture can be clicked and sent to home with fine . Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The candidate addresses all parts of the prompt by taking a clear position that driving while using a cell phone should be illegal. Main ideas are presented, such as driver distraction and the benefits of strict laws and cameras, and they are extended with examples like checking a text at an intersection. However, some arguments lack full depth and lean toward generalizations, placing this response comfortably at Band 6.0.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The response is organized into paragraphs, each with a clear focus on a central topic (distraction and legal enforcement). Cohesive devices are used, such as 'Initially', 'To explicate it more', 'secoundly', and 'In conclusion', though some feel mechanical or slightly awkward. Paragraphing is used appropriately, and there is a logical progression throughout the essay, which warrants a Band 6.0.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The student attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'hazardous issues', 'mishapping', and 'encoruge', but there are noticeable spelling and word choice errors throughout the text, including 'usefull', 'cheacking', 'plenty' (intended as penalty), 'ecltronic', and 'redused'. Despite these inaccuracies, the range is adequate to convey the message clearly, aligning with Band 5.5.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, such as conditional clauses ('if drivers have idea about cemeras then without any doubut they will driver safer'). However, there are frequent errors in grammar, punctuation, and article usage, such as 'driver's attention', 'that not only can creates', 'someone cheacking', and missing capitalization. These errors occasionally disrupt the flow but do not impede overall communication, fitting Band 5.5.
