On the first hand,i strongly agree with this statement that use of cell phone is also very dangerous for the drivers.when the driver drive the any bike their focus go onto the road and road traffic .nowadays there are several automobiles go on the road.every person run the bike very fastly.if we are use the mobile phone during driving the may be lead to road accident and some time leading toward human death.

One the second hand,if the drivers use the cell phone during the driving they are illegal activity that tend towards the crime.the most of drivers face the traffic challan and pay fine tu the traffic authority.they lead tu the drivers financially unstable and lead toward the financial crises.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The response addresses the main parts of the task by presenting a clear position agreeing that cell phone use while driving should be made illegal. However, the development of ideas remains limited and under-developed, which restricts the depth of the argument. While the writer attempts to support the position with reasons such as distraction and legal consequences, these points are repetitive and lack comprehensive elaboration. For instance, the personal anecdote provided in the third body paragraph is overly simplistic and tangential rather than fully extending the central argument. To move to a higher level, the writer needs to present fully developed ideas with deeper analysis and more robust, well-integrated examples that thoroughly explore the implications of mobile phone usage on road safety.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The essay displays some organization with an identifiable introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, showing an attempt at a logical progression. However, the overall progression is hindered by simplistic and repetitive cohesive devices, such as 'On the first hand,' 'One the second hand,' and 'conclusion, basically'. Paragraphing is attempted, but internal cohesion within paragraphs often feels mechanical and inadequate. Referencing is occasionally unclear, as seen in pronoun usage like 'they' referring to singular subjects inconsistently. To achieve a higher standard, the writer must employ a wider and more accurate range of cohesive devices smoothly without overusing formulaic transitions, and ensure that referencing is precise to establish a seamless logical flow throughout the response.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task, featuring basic and repetitive terms such as 'dangerous,' 'illegal,' and 'lead toward.' There are noticeable lexical errors and awkward word choices throughout the text, including 'useful of cell phone,' 'fastly,' 'traffic challan,' and 'huge lose,' alongside frequent spelling and word form mistakes like 'avoiad' and 'unstable.' These errors create noticeable strain for the reader. To progress to a higher band, the writer must expand their lexical repertoire by incorporating a wider range of less common vocabulary and idiomatic phrases, while paying much closer attention to word formation, collocation, and accurate spelling.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The writer demonstrates a very limited range of structures, relying primarily on simple sentences alongside poorly controlled attempts at complex forms. Frequent errors are present in basic grammar, including subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'the driver are disturbed'), missing or incorrect articles (e.g., 'during the driving'), prepositions, and verb tenses. Punctuation is also problematic, with missing capital letters at the start of sentences and run-on structures. These frequent errors cause considerable difficulty for the reader and obscure the intended meaning in several places. To improve, the writer needs to practice constructing accurate simple sentences consistently before attempting complex structures, while carefully monitoring tense consistency, articles, and basic sentence boundaries.
