While cell phone should be illegal for drivers. I parcially agree with this both views because sometimes cell phone may useful for drivers but most use mobile distract driver balance.

On the one hand, there are several reasons why drivers are using cell phone dangerous for their. Firstly, drivers may use mobile phone and they distarct attention in driving. For example, ambulance who is using cell phone while driving time and they distract attention for driving. Thus, Driving can mainly cause become driver distract attention in anytime. Hence, some drivers should illegal use for cell phone. In others words, cell phone is not illegal for drivers because sometime drivers considerably communicate with passengers, which can result in helps to create new bond for both.

In conclusion, many drivers may use mobile phone too much and they are lost in their attention and cell phone is essential part of drivers because some drivers provides taxi services. However, some drivers are not responsible for this cause because cell phone helps to consider with passengers and provide better communication. I firmly agree with this both views because I believe that both views are very important for all drivers.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

The response attempts to address the prompt regarding whether cell phone use while driving should be made illegal, presenting a position that is somewhat unclear and contradictory, as seen in the statement 'I parcially agree with this both views'. Ideas are limited and under-developed, relying on repetitive points about taxi services and distraction without providing fully realised supporting arguments. Examples provided, such as 'ambulance who is using cell phone', are confused and lack clarity, reflecting a minimal and partial response to the task requirements.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is some organisation with clear paragraph breaks and basic linking words such as 'Firstly', 'Secondly', and 'In conclusion', but the overall progression of ideas is frequently disrupted by unclear referencing and repetitive structures. Cohesive devices are sometimes inaccurate or over-used, and sentences within paragraphs do not always flow logically from one to the next. For instance, the transition between discussing taxi drivers and introducing new government rules lacks logical connection, making the text somewhat difficult to follow.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

The vocabulary used is limited and repetitive, with noticeable errors in word choice and word form that cause some difficulty for the reader. Examples of lexical strain include 'distarct driver' instead of distracting drivers, 'pacialy agree', and 'resoponsible'. The writer attempts less common vocabulary such as 'essential part' and 'considerably communicate', but these terms are often misused or lack precision, placing the response firmly in the lower band range.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The text displays a very limited range of grammatical structures, with frequent errors in basic sentence formation, verb tenses, subject-verb agreement, and articles. Many sentences are incomplete, ungrammatical, or structurally faulty, such as 'spend most of the driving time using cell phone is degerous' and 'government should new introduce driving rules'. Frequent structural errors make the meaning difficult to decipher at times, and simple sentences heavily outweigh any successful attempts at complex forms.
