In today's world it often discussed that usage of cellular phone should be illegal. The reason behind discussion made harmfull circumstances while using mobile phone during driving a vehicle. I am totally agree with this action, which not only effect the drivers even to the others. I will discuss my point of view in next peragraphs.

Firstly, it is madatory to be stay focused while driving. The person have to take rapit action and quick decision and usage of mobile device may effect the concentration of motorist from then road. For example, on a highway if single exit miss it may lead cover a hugs distance to reach deatination, which may delayed as well.

Secondly, there are a huge number of traffic accidents met on road just because of usage of cell phone while driving. This caused not only the seripus injuries or death of the person who was driving, as well as the innocent persons as well. For instance, it usually seen driver missed the red light and jump over crossing pedestrian just because of lack of focus while driving. Most of the countries have very strict rule to huge fine or cage for a time period. Goverment may also cancle the licence of motorist.

In conslusion, hard rules can be introduce and usge of mobile should made illigal. It is improtant to save hunam life instead of usage of phone. A small action can cause the huge damage to innocent life and their loved once.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The response addresses the main prompt by stating a clear position of total agreement with making cell phone use while driving illegal. However, the task achievement is limited because the length requirement of 250 words is not met, as the response falls slightly short at 247 words. Furthermore, the ideas presented in the body paragraphs are somewhat limited and under-developed. For instance, the argument about missing highway exits and facing delays is a minor point rather than a robust reason supporting a legal ban, and the discussion on accidents and penalties lacks specific elaboration. To reach a higher level, the writer needs to expand the response beyond the minimum word count and extend their main arguments with deeper explanations and more substantial examples.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a clear stance maintained throughout. The text is divided into logical paragraphs, including an introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, which shows an attempt at structural organisation. However, progression is sometimes hindered by mechanical and repetitive cohesive devices, such as the frequent transitions like 'Firstly' and 'Secondly', alongside referencing issues like 'this action' and 'the others'. Cohesive devices are occasionally used inaccurately, making the flow of ideas slightly disjointed. To achieve a higher standard, the writer should employ a wider and more flexible range of cohesive devices and ensure that referencing between sentences is consistently clear and natural.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is limited and barely adequate for the task, containing noticeable lexical errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. There are numerous word choice, word form, and spelling errors throughout the essay, such as 'harmfull', 'madatory', 'stay focused', 'rapit', 'met on road', 'seripus', 'cancle', 'inconslusion', 'illigal', and 'hunam'. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'concentration of motorist' and 'pedestrian', but these attempts are marred by inaccuracies in collocation and form. To improve significantly, the writer must expand their lexical range and pay much closer attention to accurate spelling and word formation.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The essay demonstrates a limited range of structures, relying mostly on simple and faulty complex sentence forms. There are frequent grammatical errors in verb forms, tenses, article usage, and prepositions within grammatical patterns. Examples of these errors include 'it often discussed', 'discussion made harmfull circumstances', 'effect the drivers even to the others', 'The person have', 'usage of mobile device may effect', 'driver missed the red light and jump', and 'hard rules can be introduce'. These frequent errors frequently distract the reader and disrupt the flow of reading. To progress, the writer needs to exercise better control over basic sentence construction and increase the accuracy of complex grammatical forms.
