Student answer (Band 6.0)
Few people tend to think that the government should grant a universities which in turns help learners to claim free education. I tends to think in the same manner and agree to the given statement. My inclinations are justified in the ensuing paragraphs.
The primary reason of being agreed is an access of an education to everyone. This is to says that it opens the doors for all students to enroll in their dream college and pursue the desire profession. For instance, in countries like Germany which offer free education all over the courses opens the door for the learners to secure a good profession. Furthermore, if the universities are being controlling by the government bodies, the literaracy rates will be automatically triggered up. Further to elaborate the statement, it is impractical for the middle class and the below poverty line families, to complete their children's education due to higher fees structure. This fees structure has compromised their education dream.
However, on the other sides, there are some negative impacts too. The foremost impact is the quality of the education. Students have to compromise the quality education. It is a fact that privately funded universities have often been noticed as a higher success ratio than the publicly funded universities. Moreover, the higher institute management is also be an another issue. The publicly sourced universities have not enough infrastructure and good management.
To conclude the discussion, it can be says that all students should have an access to the education and this is possible only if it has been granted by the government.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position in favor of government-funded education. However, the development of ideas is somewhat uneven. While the benefits of access are mentioned, the counter-argument regarding quality is less effectively supported, relying on generalizations such as 'privately funded universities have often been noticed as a higher success ratio'. The explanation for why public universities might lack infrastructure is also underdeveloped. To reach a higher band, you should provide more specific, logical links between the government funding model and the resulting quality of education, rather than stating these as unsubstantiated facts.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, and there is a logical progression from the introduction to the body and conclusion. You use some cohesive devices like 'Furthermore', 'However', and 'To conclude', which help guide the reader. However, some transitions are mechanical or slightly awkward, such as 'Further to elaborate the statement'. Additionally, the referencing is sometimes unclear, for instance, in the phrase 'all over the courses', which disrupts the flow. Improving the variety and naturalness of your linking words will help create a smoother, more professional structure.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, but it lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. There are several instances of awkward word choices or incorrect collocations, such as 'literacy rates will be automatically triggered up' and 'higher institute management is also be an another issue'. You rely on basic phrasing like 'good profession' and 'negative impacts'. To improve, focus on using more academic collocations and precise terminology related to education and economics, and ensure that your word choices are contextually appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include subject-verb agreement issues ('Few people tend to think', 'I tends to think', 'the higher institute management is also be an another issue') and awkward phrasing ('grant a universities which in turns help'). Punctuation and article usage are also inconsistent. While the meaning is generally understandable, the frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focus on proofreading for basic subject-verb agreement and article usage.
