Student answer (Band 5.5)
In this fast growing era , everyone has a right to study to make their future bright by involving in a career- oriented industries. Some group of people are thinking on a topic that government should involve and share the whole amount of money for university education. However, I am totally disagree with this statement. My reasons for supporting this view is described in upcoming Paragraphs.
First of all, according to my view, government should not run all the universities, for higher education, but, he can build some government-funded schools to get university level education, and that can be free who are eligible to get admission by achieving their criteria. so that, students will study a lot and get good sero score. This way we government can separate out varieties of students.
On the other hand otherhand, those who are not eligible to study in these universities, they can get finish th persue their university education in private collages. This way, all students will
value of study. By doing this litracy will increase and gradually illitracy can be remove.
Apart from this, by saving some fund on running universities, government can use utilize this money in other ways. For an instance, government can inaugrate a orphanage and can provide premium facilities to those children. so thus, children cannot have a regrate of losing their parents.
All in all, government should spend some amount of money on making universities and should make very few universities in each state. Rest of the money should spend in a good manner for other needy things require in a nation.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses the prompt by taking a clear position against free university education. However, the development of ideas is limited. While you mention that government funds could be better spent on orphanages, the argument regarding private colleges and 'literacy' is somewhat underdeveloped and lacks logical depth. The response stays on topic, but the reasoning is occasionally repetitive and lacks specific, well-explained examples to support the main arguments. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph focuses on a single, well-supported point that directly reinforces your overall stance.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as the repetitive use of 'this way' and 'by doing this'. There are also issues with sentence-level cohesion, particularly in the second and third paragraphs where the flow of ideas is interrupted by fragmented phrasing. The transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt, and the logical progression is not always smooth, which occasionally forces the reader to re-read sentences to grasp the intended meaning.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. There are several spelling errors ('litracy', 'illitracy', 'inaugrate', 'regrate', 'collages') and some awkward collocations ('sero score', 'share the whole amount of money'). While you attempt to use some topic-specific vocabulary, the frequent spelling mistakes and limited variety of word choice restrict the score. To improve, focus on learning the correct spelling of common academic terms and expanding your repertoire of synonyms to avoid repetitive phrasing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay relies heavily on simple sentence structures, and attempts at more complex sentences often contain grammatical errors. There are frequent issues with subject-verb agreement, article usage, and punctuation (e.g., 'I am totally disagree', 'we government can separate', 'the government can inaugrate a orphanage'). These errors are frequent and sometimes cause difficulty for the reader. While the meaning is generally clear, the lack of control over complex structures and the high frequency of basic grammatical slips prevent the essay from reaching a higher band in this criterion.
