Student answer (Band 5.5)
Education is the basic right of every individual in the society. It is essential for personal and professional growth as each and every individual in the society contibutes towards the betterment of the society. It also important for the wellbeing and personal grooming of the community population. Therefore,it should be accessible for all individuals in the society. Some of the childern belong from underpreviliged families aren't able to pay the cost of highly demanding schools, colleges and universities so they are not able to stand in the community at same level in terms of education.Education should be free from goverment for public as we are from 3rd world country and we need to cope with the challanges of modern world where we are very far to meet the standards globally and internationally even in the subcontient as we are lacking the requirements of educational standards .Our childern force to do child labor because of poverty and to serve their families rather than getting their basic need and right. If education would be free from goverment then childern from underserved families are also able to join and would get education to bonified their families and build up not only their but also the future of their communities on educational basis .Some of the areas in our country aren't in favour of education of women and they are following this wrong concept over the years therefore it should be from goverment that can make it mandatory for all public and at all areas as well as it should be free of cost .Goverment is investing huge amounts in multiple projects but it should need to look into this primary matter and work on multiple initiatives for free education. We can utilize social media to highlight this issue as illiteracy is the root of all the crimes.Only education can give social awarness,self-accountability,professionalisim and in short only education can build up a responsible citizen.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
Your position is clear: you support government-funded, free university education, and you give relevant reasons, including poverty, child labour, unequal access for women, and the need to improve educational standards. These points address the question and show awareness of its wider social effects. However, the discussion is uneven: the opening focuses on education as a general right, while the specific case for free university education is not consistently distinguished from schooling more broadly. Several claims, such as education being the root solution to crime, are asserted rather than explained or supported with a concrete example. To strengthen the response, develop fewer points in more depth and explain how government funding would make university access fairer and what practical benefits or costs this might involve.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has a discernible overall direction: it moves from the importance of education to barriers faced by disadvantaged groups and then to government action. However, it is presented as one long paragraph, so the reader has little help identifying the introduction, separate supporting points, and conclusion. Connections between ideas are often abrupt, and repeated links such as “therefore,” “so,” and “as well as” do not always show the precise relationship between claims. For example, the shift from child labour to women’s education needs a clearer transition or a separate paragraph. Organise the essay into distinct paragraphs, each with one main idea, and use clear referencing and linking phrases to show how each example supports your position.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “underprivileged families,” “child labor,” “educational standards,” and “social accountability.” This gives you resources to discuss access and social development, and the main message remains understandable. However, spelling and word-choice errors are noticeable, including “contibutes,” “childern,” “bonified,” and “professionalism” (used where a different idea may be intended). Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise, such as “highly demanding schools” and “build up ... on educational basis.” These choices sometimes make the argument harder to follow. Aim for accurate, natural collocations and check spelling carefully; using simpler, precise expressions is more effective than attempting an unsuitable formal word.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple statements and longer sentences with reasons and subordinate clauses, for example the sentence beginning “Some of the children belong...” This shows some range, and readers can generally understand your position. However, errors in sentence construction and punctuation recur. Examples include “It also important” (missing a verb), “Our children force to do child labor” (missing passive verb forms), and “If education would be free ... then children ... are also able” (inconsistent conditional structure). Several sentences run together without full stops, and spacing after punctuation is often missing. Work on complete clauses, articles, subject–verb agreement, and consistent conditional forms. Breaking long sentences into shorter, correctly punctuated units will improve control and clarity.
