Well in this generation those people who believe that kids learn more when they are with similar academic abilities are right from those who think that kids learn more with more academic abilities because similar abilities kids learn more.
When the abilities are same they can understand the things that they are learning and reading . On the other hand if they surrounded by many more higher abilities they will not understand the thing because that will be on an higher leavel .
I only give a basic answer of this question where the kid should learn what it can learn more easily .

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, which significantly impacts the development of ideas. While the prompt asks to discuss both views and provide an opinion, the discussion is extremely superficial and lacks the necessary depth or supporting examples. The arguments provided are repetitive and lack logical expansion. The position is stated, but it is not supported by a well-developed argument. Because the response is significantly under-length and the ideas are underdeveloped, it does not address the task requirements adequately.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 4.0
The essay lacks a clear structure. Paragraphing is present but does not serve to organize ideas logically. There is a lack of cohesive devices to link sentences and ideas together, making the flow of the text disjointed. The transition between the introduction and the body paragraphs is abrupt, and the conclusion is missing. The overall progression of ideas is difficult to follow due to the lack of logical connectors and the repetitive nature of the sentences.
Lexical Resource — Band 4.0
The vocabulary is very basic and repetitive. Phrases like 'kids learn more' and 'higher abilities' are used repeatedly without variation. There is no attempt to use less common or academic vocabulary appropriate for an IELTS Task 2 essay. The word choice is often imprecise, such as 'in a room where children's represent', which is grammatically incorrect and lexically weak. To improve, you need to expand your range of vocabulary to include synonyms and more sophisticated academic terminology.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 4.0
The response contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are issues with subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'children's represent'), sentence structure, and word order. The range of structures is very limited, consisting mostly of simple sentences. Complex sentence structures are attempted but are often faulty or incomplete. Punctuation is also inconsistent. To reach a higher band, you must focus on mastering basic sentence construction and increasing the variety of your grammatical structures.
