Student answer (Band 6.0)
Half of the people think that pupils study well when their co-peers are having same academic skills. However, Other believe that students learn better with classmates who consist wide range of academic skills . In my opinion, the classroom should welcome different personalities with multiple abilities that benefit student to improve their skills by sharing the information each other as compared to same level subject abilities.
On the one hand, there are plethora of reasons that students perform effectively , if other children have same academic skills in classroom . Despite of feeling peer-pressure, children feel comfortable to share everything with their friends . To elaborate this, Teachers force class -students to get scores which feels like competition. Children who have passionate about other subjects and practical theory in education unable to concentrate because of this inconvenience. If classromm consists of same grade level of students , it would be an encouragement for children and their growth in same phase. For example, Government changed rules of education last year , In order to keep children with same academic skills of peers to escape the depression .
On the other hand , Juviniles with various range of education skills will help the other students who are poor in their studies . This would increase the capability and performance in low-academic performance people. This will result in students to increase their eagerness in subjects and ability to perform in exams and placements. To illustrate, Institutions prefer to combine all-level of children to take acamedics seriously and create interest in the education which is the main-purpose of every institute as compared to keep children with equal level of academic students.
To conclude this, In my point of view , placing the students with diverse range of academic skills would be preferable that create and improve student performance and interest rather than grading them with same-level of skilled students.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 6.0
You address both views and state a consistent preference for mixed-ability classes, particularly in the introduction and conclusion. The discussion of similar-ability grouping includes relevant points about comfort and competition, while the mixed-ability paragraph explains that stronger students may help classmates who struggle. These ideas are on topic, but some are not fully explained: for example, the claim that same-level classes help children grow “in same phase” is unclear, and the reference to government rule changes is not explained or supported. The second view would be stronger with a specific example of how peer support benefits learning. Develop the reasons more fully and make the comparison between the two approaches clearer.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.5
The response has a clear overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for each view, and a conclusion that restates your position. The signposts “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “To conclude” help readers follow the discussion, and the main ideas generally progress in a sensible order. This meets the lower-band expectations securely and shows some stronger control through paragraphing and a clear overall direction. However, connections within paragraphs are sometimes mechanical or unclear. For instance, “Despite of feeling peer-pressure” does not lead smoothly into the point about comfort, and “This would increase the capability” has an unclear reference. Use linking phrases that express the precise relationship between ideas, and make pronouns refer unmistakably to a person or point.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You attempt a range of topic-related vocabulary, including “peer-pressure,” “academic skills,” “capability,” and “diverse range,” so the response can discuss the issue beyond very basic terms. However, inaccurate word choice and collocation are noticeable and sometimes make meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “co-peers,” “same academic skills,” “poor in their studies,” and “increase their eagerness in subjects.” There are also spelling errors such as “classromm,” “Juviniles,” and “acamedics.” These issues limit precision despite your attempts at less common vocabulary. Choose natural collocations, check spelling carefully, and avoid using formal-sounding words unless you are confident they fit the meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “If classroom consists…” and clauses introduced by “who” and “which.” This gives the response some variety, but complex sentences are often not controlled accurately, and errors sometimes make relationships between ideas hard to understand. For example, “Other believe” has a subject–verb agreement error, while “children who have passionate” uses an incorrect verb pattern. Articles and sentence boundaries also need attention, as in “in same phase” and the comma placement in “students perform effectively, if…”. Practise building accurate clauses first, then combine them; check agreement, verb forms, articles, and punctuation during revision.
