Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0

The response is significantly under the 150-word minimum requirement, which severely limits your ability to report main features or make meaningful comparisons. You have only partially addressed the task by mentioning three activities, but the analysis is incomplete and ends abruptly mid-sentence. To improve, you must ensure you cover all categories shown in the graph and provide a full overview of trends. Because the response is unfinished and lacks the necessary length to develop the data, it fails to meet the requirements for a higher band score.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The response shows some attempt at organization with paragraphing, but the abrupt ending makes it impossible to judge the overall progression of ideas. While there are some cohesive devices used, such as 'Moreover' and 'On moving further analysis', the lack of a complete text hinders the flow. To improve, ensure that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence and that your ideas are fully developed before moving to the next point. The current structure is too fragmented to demonstrate effective logical flow.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

You have attempted to use some topic-specific vocabulary like 'calibrated', 'scrutinizing', and 'lucid', but these are often used incorrectly or in an unnatural way. For example, 'drastically incline of participants' is grammatically incorrect; it should be 'a drastic increase in the number of participants'. The vocabulary is limited and the errors in word choice and collocation are noticeable, which occasionally makes the meaning difficult to follow. Focus on using standard reporting verbs and nouns correctly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response contains several grammatical errors that impede clarity. Examples include 'The given line graph illustrated' (should be 'illustrates'), 'different activities of number of participants' (awkward phrasing), and 'Film club contain numerous members' (subject-verb agreement error). There is a lack of complex sentence structures, and the punctuation is inconsistent. To improve, focus on basic subject-verb agreement and ensure that your verb tenses are consistent when describing data. The unfinished nature of the text also prevents a demonstration of a wider range of structures.
