The graph below gives information on the numbers of participants for different activities at one social centre in Melbourne, Australia for the period 2000 to 2020.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The graph provides information for different activities at particular social centre showing the numbers living in Melbourne, Australia for the time period 2000 to 2020.
Overall, film club holds the most participants throughout the period while martial arts, musical performances and amateur dramatics never cross the number of 40 people.
From 2000 to 2010 table tennis started around 20 participants and after 2010 starting the peak era skyrocketing to about 55 by the end of 2020. Meanwhile amateur dramatics attracted around 30 people in starting point but showed downfall by the end at below 10.
On the other hand, film club captures the attention of the most people always above 60 while martial arts plateued around 40 throughout the following years from 2000 in the provided information. Meanwhile, muscial performances could not grab the audaince compared to other activities at starting but managed to take around 20 persons in the ending.
