Overall, Film club remained the most highest activity throughout the time period. In contrast, table tennis was second highest number of participants after the film club while the fluctuation occured during that time period.Thirdly, Martial arts fluctuated slightly from 2000 to 2020. However the Amateur dramatics declined and reached zero by 2020. Then musical performaces gradually increased from 2005 to 2020.

Furthermore, all activities increased over that time period except the amateur dramatics. Moreover, the film club had 65 participants at start in 2000 and almost over 20 years slightly increased and in the year 2020 it was almost 67.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

The student attempts to cover the main features of the graph, including overall trends and specific data points for the various activities between 2000 and 2020. However, there are several inaccurate assertions and misreadings of the data. For instance, the student states that table tennis was the second highest number of participants (it started as one of the lowest at 16 before rising to 54) and that all activities increased except amateur dramatics, which overlooks the trends of martial arts and film club appropriately. Furthermore, the claim about musical performances starting in 2005 is incorrect as data shows zero participants in 2000 and 2005 with the activity appearing in 2010. While an overview is attempted, the inaccuracies in reporting specific trends limit the task achievement score to a Band 5.5.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response is organised into multiple paragraphs, including an introduction, an overview paragraph, and body details. However, the logical progression is frequently disrupted by awkward transitions and confusing statements, such as starting sentences with 'Thirdly' and 'Furthermore' inappropriately. Cohesive devices are sometimes mechanical or inaccurate, and referencing is occasionally unclear (e.g., 'the othjer activity'). Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal cohesion of the body paragraphs lacks smooth logical links, resulting in a Band 5.5 performance for this criterion.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.5

The student demonstrates an adequate vocabulary for the task, successfully using terms like 'participants', 'activities', 'fluctuated', and 'declined'. However, there are noticeable word-choice and collocation errors, such as 'most highest activity', 'the fluctuation occured', and spelling slips like 'occured' and 'paticipants'. Less common vocabulary is attempted with limited success ('highest impact'). Because errors in word choice and spelling occasionally cause minor confusion, the lexical resource is rated at a Band 5.5.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response exhibits a mix of simple and some attempted complex sentence structures. However, frequent grammatical errors and awkward phrasing hinder readability. Examples include missing prepositions and articles ('the information of numbers', 'at start in 2000', 'at the end of 20 years period participants 55'), non-standard comparative forms ('most highest'), and run-on or fragmented sentences (e.g., 'Therefore, the next activity martial gradually increased over the twenty years but remained same at the end of period in contrast...'). These persistent errors place the grammar firmly at a Band 5.0.
