Number of particpants who participated to film club were 64 in the first 2000's year where 38 participants for martial arts, 27 for amateur dramatics and 18 for table tennis. In the following years flim club seems to have an average participants through out the years in future. Similarly martial arts likely seen to be up and down dropped to 30 in year 2005 and peaked to 40 in the year 2010 then having average participants in following years. Amateur dramatics on other hand peaked to 30 in year 2005 then droping forever since then straight to 5 participants till 2020. Table tennis participants has been increased normally till 2010 but from then it got masseively jumped to all time high 69 participants till 2020. Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5

You identify all five activities and report several relevant patterns, including the film club’s consistently high participation and the decline in amateur dramatics. However, the account is only partly accurate and the main features are not clearly summarised. For example, table tennis rises to about 54 participants by 2020, not 69, and musical performances begin in 2010, not 2005. The film club does not simply remain average: it dips slightly before ending at its highest level. Martial arts fluctuates around the mid-30s rather than peaking at 40. A clear overview comparing the strongest growth, steepest decline and consistently popular activity, supported by accurate figures, would make the response more complete.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

The response moves through the activities in a generally understandable order, and phrases such as “on the other hand” show an attempt to connect contrasting information. However, it is presented as one paragraph, with no distinct overview to guide the reader before the details. Several transitions are awkward or repetitive, including “in the following years” and “since then,” and the sequence of changes is sometimes difficult to follow. The final sentence about musical performances is added without a clear link to the preceding comparison. Organise the report into an introduction, a concise overview, and detail paragraphs grouping related trends; use time markers such as “by 2010” and “thereafter” to make progression clearer.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant chart vocabulary, including “participants,” “peaked,” “dropped,” and “increased,” so the reader can recognise the intended trends. However, the range is limited and several choices or forms are inaccurate or unnatural, such as “average participants,” “increased normally,” and “got masseively jumped.” Spelling errors such as “particpants,” “flim,” and “droping” also reduce precision. Some descriptions are too vague to communicate the scale of change, particularly “all time high” when the figure is misreported. Build a more accurate range for describing trends and comparisons, for example “remained relatively stable,” “rose sharply,” and “declined steadily,” and check spelling and collocations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt to combine information in longer sentences, for example by contrasting martial arts with amateur dramatics using “on other hand.” However, sentence structures are limited and errors occur frequently enough to make some relationships unclear. Examples include “The given graph illustrates that the number …,” where the clause is awkwardly formed, and “Number of participants who participated to film club were 64,” which has problems with articles, prepositions, and agreement. Tense and verb-form control also varies, as in “then droping” and “has been increased.” Use clear past-tense reporting for the period shown, check subject–verb agreement, and practise accurate comparative and subordinate clauses. Shorter, well-controlled sentences would improve clarity.
