The diagram below shows the process for recycling plastic bottles.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The diagram depicts series of processes involved in recycling of plastic bottles to produce useful products from them.

Overall, it is evident that recycling of plastic involve total of nine steps which are cyclic starting from collecting plastic to producing end products like boxes, clothes and bags.

To begin with, the first involve throwing of plastic into dustin bin by individuals and that garbages is loaded into garbage collecting vans which dump that plastic waste on sites where recycling is performed. The following process invdue sorting of plastic waste in recycling centre and

This process is performed manually. Simuntaneously, weat collected plastic bottles are compressed into a large square shaped block by using a machine and this huge block of bottles is then crushed by using two spinning wheels. The particles obtained after crushing the block are put down into a large container filled with water. These particles are washed in the next step to remove dust.

Furthermore, these produced plastic pellets are put into a machine which further break these pellets into fine particles and these are released from the lower end of the machine. Those are then heating for using as a raw material by using machinery. Then the produced raw material is used to making several other goods like bottles, tiffin boxes, clothes, pens and even plastic bags. These are then distructed, thus, the cycle repeats again.
